In China, due to the specific conditions and demographic factors, medicalresources allocation is seriously unreasonable. So it always occurs "often line up longlines" phenomenon in hospital transfusion system, the excessive waiting time is thefocus of patients complained. With advances in medicine, science and technology, aswell as medical workers improve the quality of, queued problem replaced the medicalmalpractice, becomes the key to patient satisfaction. However, academic research inthis field can significantly improve queuing problem, but costs for hospital, operability is not strong, leading to internal hospital queuing problem is still verydifficult. This article take time response of service quality management theoretical asstarting point, its object is hospital infusion queuing system. It combined theuncertainty of actual perception of service quality with the uncertainty of expectedservice quality to evaluate customers satisfaction degrees, and build the optimizationmodel of hospital infusion system, aimed to reduce patients' waiting time in infusionsystem, thereby reduce unsatisfaction rate, increase infusion efficiency and the servicequality of hospital. This model gives the balance state of the system, and thedissatisfaction rate with a certain range, hospital infusion system should set theminimum number of service desk.Based on the theoretical study, this article take a three levels of first-classhospital as an example. Through field research to understand infusion processes, anddata collection, analysis and processing, then use simio simulation software asplatform for modeling and simulation to calculate the patients' dissatisfaction rate.Optimization model for optimization, finally got out the result of how many desks ahospital should set to control patients' unsatisfaction rate in a certain range in infusionsystem. Studies have shown that the hospital transfusion system can combine itsdissatisfaction rate control objectives, directly according to the optimization model ofthis paper to calculate the minimum service stations should be set.
