Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Functional Constipation(Dyspepsia And Qi Stagnation Type) In Children With Zhishidaozhi Decoction

Objective: We want to understand the distribution of diseases of the children attending the Department of Anorectal Examination,to investigate the risk factors of constipation in children,and to provide professional prevention and treatment strategies for the development of children’s constipation and other anorectal diseases;and to investigate the clinical curative effect of the treatment of functional constipation(Dyspepsia and qi stagnation type)in children with Zhishi daozhi Decoction,evaluate its efficacy,safety and long-term recurrence rate,and explore new ideas and methods for treating functional constipation(Dyspepsia and qi stagnation type)in children.Methods:(Through telephone interview and on-site questionnaire form,we recorded the main symptoms of the anorectal outpatient and inpatient admissions at the Affiliated Hospital of Northern Sichuan Medical College from October 2016 to October 2017.Then conduct disease statistics.The constipation-related factors questionnaire was recorded one by one for children diagnosed with constipation.Then select 60 children who meet the inclusion criteria for chronic functional constipation(Dyspepsia and qi stagnation type).60 children were randomly separated into treatment group and control group,each with 30 children.The treatment group used Zhishidaozhi Decoction.The basic medicine consisted of:Radish seed、Immature orange fruit、Medicated leaven、Baical skullcap root、Indian bread、Officinal magnolia bark、Villous amomum fruit、Common yam rhizome、Common aucklandia root、Root of Wilford Swallowwort、Areca seed、Dried tangerine peel、Hemp seed、largehead atractylodes rhizome、Chinese date、Iiquorice root.According to the age of the child and the severity of the illness,the dosage and drug should be added or subtracted as appropriate.The control group took lactulose oral solution.The treatment group and the control group took 7 days as a course of treatment,one course of treatment,and then followed up for one month.Results: 1.After the end of one course of treatment,in the 30 cases of the treatment group,23 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,and the collectivity effective percentage was 90%.Among the 30 cases of the control group,16 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,and 3 were effective.Thecollectivity effective percentage was 80.0%,statistical analysis P<0.05,indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group..After one month of treatment,the collectivity effective percentages of the two groups were 83.3% and 66.3%,respectively.Statistical analysis P < 0.05 showed that the long-term curative effect of Zhishi Daozhi Decoction on children with functional constipation(Dyspepsia and qi stagnation type)was better than that of lactulose oral solution.2.One patient in the treatment group experienced transient diarrhea and abdominal pain during the medication.After verification,it was considered to be due to taking an overnight syrup,and no related symptoms recurred after the late administration.This did not prove to be due to normal medication.No other reports of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the rest of the control group were reported,indicating that the addition of Guizhi Zhizhi Decoction and lactulose oral solution are all highly safe.3.One month after the end of the treatment period,2 of the cured patients in the treatment group had recurrences with a recurrence rate of 8.7%,and 5 of the cured patients in the control group had recurrences with a recurrence rate of 37.5%.Statistical tests P < 0.05,indicated that The relapse rate of children in the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group.Conclusion: According to statistical analysis of diseases,children diagnosed as anorectal mainly suffered from constipation,gastrointestinal disorders,perianal abscesses,and perianal skin diseases,among which constipation children accounted for 70.4% of the total number of children attending the anorectal department,about5.5% of total anorectal admissions.Irrational diet and poor bowel habits may be the risk factors for constipation in children.The curative effect of Zhishi Daozhi Decoction on children with functional constipation(Dyspepsia and qi stagnation type)is good,no obvious adverse reactions were found,and the relapse rate of constipation in children after one month of treatment is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
