Clinical Observation Of Zhishi Daozhi Qingyou Decoction Combined With Quadruple Therapy In The Treatment Of Hp Positive Chronic Gastritis With Spleen Stomach Damp Heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhishi Daozhi Qingyou decoction combined with quadruple drugs in the treatment of HP related chronic gastritis patients with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome,and to analyze its recurrence and safety,so as to improve the quality of life of HP positive chronic gastritis patients.Methods: from January 2018 to June 2019,72 cases of Hp positive chronic gastritis with damp heat syndrome of spleen and stomach were selected from the outpatient department of spleen and stomach disease,Hebei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into western medicine group(36 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group(36 cases)according to the method of random number table.Western medicine group was treated with regular quadruple drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional quadruple drugs Zhishi Daozhi Qingyou decoction was taken orally for two weeks in both groups,and the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine plus Western medicine was taken orally for six weeks,i.e.four weeks after the withdrawal of the decoction.Before and after treatment,the negative conversion rate of Helicobacter pylori,TCM syndrome score,syndrome efficacy,total effective rate,recurrence rate and safety index were observed.Result:1.Case inclusion36 qualified cases were included in the western medicine group,35 qualified cases were included in the traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group,and 1 case was lost2.Hp negative conversion rateAfter treatment,the negative rate of Hp was 75.0% in western medicine group and 88.6% in traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group.After chi square test analysis found that the two groups of patients after treatment Hp negative conversion rate,P>0.05,the difference was not significant.3.TCM syndrome score and total effective rateCompared with the western medicine group,the traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients,especially for abdominal distention,loose stools and discomfort,heavy body sleepiness,nausea and vomiting;for thirsty and little drink,red tongue,yellow and greasy fur,pulse number improvement is not obvious.Compared with western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine + western medicine group can improve the total effective rate of treatment.4.Recurrence rate of HpAfter half a year of treatment,1 case recurred,26 cases did not recur,the recurrence rate was 3.7%,0 case recurred,31 cases did not recurred,the recurrence rate was 0%,the recurrence rate of Chinese medicine + western medicine group was analyzed by continuous correction chi square test,X2 =0.005,P = 0.944,P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance.5.securityDuring the treatment period,the vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,ECG and liver and kidney function of the two groups before and after the treatment were not significantly abnormal,and no major adverse reactions occurred.The total incidence of dizziness in the western medicine group was4.87%,and no adverse reactions occurred in the traditional Chinese medicine+ western medicine group,with high safety.Conclusion:1.Zhishi Daozhi Qingyou Decoction did not significantly improve the negative conversion rate of Hp compared with western medicine and Western medicine.2.Zhishi Daozhi Qingyou decoction can effectively improve the degree of improvement of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of treatment.3.The recurrence rate of HP was lower half a year after the treatment of Silian therapy,Zhishi Daozhi Qingyou Decoction and Silian medicine.4.The side effects of Silian therapy and Zhishi Daozhi Qingyou Decoction + Silian medicine are less and the safety is higher.
