Clinical Study On Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction For Functional Constipation Of Food Accumulation And Qi Stagnation Type In Children

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy,evaluation and long-term recurrence rate of Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction in treating constipation(food stagnation and qi stagnation type)in children.Methods: According to the sample size formula,92 children with constipation due to food stagnation and qi stagnation from January 2018 to February 2019 are to be collected.According to the principle of randomization and control,92 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given the treatment of oral Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction and the control group was given the treatment of lactulose oral solution.After two weeks of continuous treatment,the two groups collected data,analyzed the data by statistical methods and compared the experimental group with the control group before and after treatment,as well as the total effective rate of the disease(including the curative effect of both symptoms and symptoms)and the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group to study the effectiveness and safety of Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction in the treatment of constipation in children(food stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome).Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the general data(including gender,age,illness)before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)Comparison of the total therapeutic effects of the two groups: the total effective rate of the experimental group(24 cases cured,13 cases markedly effective,4 cases effective,5 cases ineffective)was 89.12%;The total effective rate of the control group(13 cases cured,10 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective and 13 cases ineffective)was 71.74%,and the difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).(3)The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.96%,while that of the control group was 63.04%,with statistical significance(p < 0.05).(4)The comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment showed that the total incidence rate of the experimental group was 2.22%,while that of the control group was 4.55%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(5)Follow-up for 1 month after the treatment of the two groups showed that 2 patients in the treatment group had relapse,with a relapse rate of 8.3%,while 5 patients in the control group had relapse,with a relapse rate of 38.5%.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoshi Daozhi Decoction has definite clinical curative effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of constipation in children(food stagnation and qi stagnation type),can significantly lower recurrence rate,is superior to the control group,is safe in clinical application,and is worthy of clinical promotion...
