Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application Combine With Lactulose In That Treatment Of Functional Constipation In Children (Dyspepsia Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating children with functional constipation(dyspepsia type)by external application of Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster combined with oral lactulose oral solution,and to explore the advantages of Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster in medication theory and clinical effect.Methods:Sixty-seven children with functional constipation(dyspepsia type)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(n = 34)and a control group(n = 33).The treatment group was treated with external application of Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster combined with oral administration of lactulose,while the control group was treated with oral administration of lactulose.The treatment duration was 14 days.The scores of single symptom,main symptom,secondary symptom and total symptom in traditional Chinese medicine as well as the clinical efficacy and the changes of motilin(MTL)level were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and they were compared and analyzed in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster combined with lactulose in the treatment of FC in children.Four weeks after the end of treatment,the two groups of children were followed up to compare the recurrence rate.Results:1.Comparison of curative effects of tcm syndromesAfter two weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 91.18%,and the clinical efficacy of the control group was 78.79%.The treatment group was superior to the control group with statistical difference(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scoresBefore treatment,the scores of single TCM syndrome,main syndrome,secondary syndrome and total syndrome of the two groups were compared,P > 0.05,and there was no significant difference,which was comparable.In-group comparison,the scores of single TCM syndrome,main symptom,secondary symptom and total syndrome of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,* P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,that is,both groups could improve the scores of single TCM syndrome,main symptom,secondary symptom and total syndrome of the children.Compared between the two groups,after two weeks of treatment,the scores of single TCM syndrome,main symptom,secondary symptom and total syndrome of the two groups were statistically significant(# P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.Comparison of laboratory examination and analysisThe levels of motilin(MTL)in the two groups before treatment were compared,P >0.05,and there was no significant difference,which was comparable.Before and after treatment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups,* P < 0.05,which showed that both treatment schemes could improve the MTL level.After treatment,the MTL level of the two groups was compared,# P < 0.05,with statistical difference,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Analysis and comparison of long-term curative effectAfter four weeks’ follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared,P <0.05,which was statistically different,that is,the recurrence rate of the two groups was13.33% in the treatment group and 46.43% in the control group,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.The efficacy of Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster combined with lactulose in the treatment of functional constipation in children(dyspepsia type)was superior to that of lactulose alone.2.Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster combined with lactulose can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of functional constipation in children(dyspepsia type).3.Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster combined with lactulose can improve the MTL level of motilin in children with functional constipation(dyspepsia type).4.Xiaoshi Daozhi plaster combined with lactulose can effectively control the recurrence rate of functional constipation in children(dyspepsia type).
