Construction Of Nursing Clinical Thinking Training Platform Based On Internet + Medical Big Data

ObjectiveTo design a nursing clinical thinking learning platform as the clue of symptoms with internet information technology based on medical big data of patients in affiliated hospital,which included Theoretical Knowledge,Case Analysis and Examination three parts.We devoted to apply medical big data to nursing education and excavate the teaching value of medical big data,that contributes to provide a new way for the cultivation of nursing clinical thinking and improve the effects of nursing teaching under the background of “ internet +”.Methods1.Literature survey method was used to obtain the current trends of the research about training strategies and teaching methods of nursing clinical thinking,and to clarify the research purpose and mentality of this study.2.Theoretical analysis method was used to define the meaning and influence factors of nursing clinical thinking and obtain theoretical evidence,and then,establishing the structure of nursing clinical thinkingtraining system theoretically.3.Delphi method was used to select common symptoms in clinical practice.4.According to the training system of nursing clinical thinking,we organized experts team to design and develop the network platform of nursing clinical thinking training based on teaching case platform of our school and medical big data of affiliated hospital with Internet information technology.We also engaged in improving the content construction of the platform.Results1.A training system of nursing clinical thinking based on nursing of common clinical symptoms was constructed in this study,which consist of three parts: Theory learning,Case analysis and Examination.2.B/S structural design was applied to develop the network platform of nursing clinical thinking training.The platform was stable and easy to use which allows teachers and students to access the system via authorized accounts on IE browser,Google Chrome or Firefox browser.3.The content construction of the three parts in the platform was completed.Theoretical knowledge part have 20 common clinical symptoms,including text,pictures,video resources audios and videos resources,etc.Case Analysis part included 1856 real clinical cases,and we had done the data processing.Every case contained hospital records,auxiliaryexamination results and treatments information.We also added the column of nursing evaluations,nursing diagnosis,nursing interventions and expert review.Examination part consists of multipleConclusionThis research adopts Internet information technology and affiliated hospital big data in our university to construct a nursing clinical thinking training platform based on clinical symptoms.The platform following the objectivity of nursing clinical thinking training,covering theoretical knowledge of symptomatic nursing,test questions and a large number of real clinical cases.Nursing clinical thinking was trained through theoretical study,practical analysis and feedback evaluation.This platform realized the teaching value of clinical cases and closed the gap effectively between "classroom" and "clinical",is of great significant to the cultivation of students' nursing clinical thinking.The platform is open-share and close to clinical that provides a very practical educational resource for colleges and clinical teaching and training,with a good value of popularization.
