Objective:Through literature review and current situation investigation,this study aims to understand the current situation of nursing continuing education and network learning in China under the background of "Internet+",and analyze the existing problems.Based on the background of "Internet+",it explores to establish a set of scientific,effective and objective assessment system of nursing continuing education,so as to provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of nursing continuing education and provide reference for the establishment of assessment and evaluation standards for students of nursing continuing education.Methods:This study is a descriptive study of non experimental study.By using the methods of questionnaire and Delphi,the evaluation system of nursing continuing education was established.Questionnaire survey method is mainly used to investigate the current situation of nursing continuing education students,Spss19.0 software is used for data statistics and processing.Percentage,average and frequency are used to describe the social and demographic characteristics of students and their participation in centralized face-to-face teaching and online learning.Assessment and evaluation system and expert corre spondence questionnaire are designed preliminarily according to the survey results.Delphi is used Methods two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted.The enthusiasm of experts was measured by the questionnaire recovery rate.The authority degree of experts was determined by the expert judgment coefficient(CA)and the expert familiarity coefficient(CS).The coordination degree of experts’ opinions was determined by the coefficient of variation(CV)and Kendall’s harmony coefficient(W).Result:(1)About the participation of the students in the continuing education of nursing,50.7%of the students can attend the centralized face-to-face teaching on time,and 56.5%of the 40.3%of the students who can’t attend the centralized face-to-face teaching on time are due to work reasons.About the situation of class,class test and homework during the centralized face-to-face teaching,more than half of the students can preview before class and actively participate in class discussion and feedback;during the centralized face-to-face teaching,the teacher will often carry out class test,and more than half of the students can easily complete the class test;most of the students can easily complete the homework after class.About the concentrated final examination,24.4%of the students think that the final examination can evaluate the learning situation objectively.About the current situation of students’ using network learning,10.7%of the students in the survey are very interested in the network learning platform;40.2%of the students use the network learning platform twice a week;49.4%of the students use the network learning platform for more than one hour each time;80.2%of the students use the network learning platform for the most time after work.In terms of students’ enthusiasm,evaluation and attitude towards using the online learning platform,more than half of the students can actively participate in the learning discussion and feedback on the online learning platform;more than half of the students can complete the online homework;40.7%of the students think that the online learning platform can objectively evaluate the test situation;more than half of the students think that the online learning platform It arouses the enthusiasm of learning and improves the ability of self-evaluation.(2)In this study,two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted,and the recovery rate of the two rounds of expert questionnaire was 100%,indicating that the experts had a high enthusiasm.Both rounds of expert authority(CR)are equal to 0.835,so the expert opinions selected in this study are reliable and reliable.In the first round of Kendall concordance coefficient test,the p-value of the first and second level indexes is less than 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,Kendall concordance coefficient is more than 0.3,but in the third level index test,the P-value is greater than 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant,Kendall concordance coefficient is 0.119,it can be considered that experts’ judgments and opinions on the third level indexes are not consistent.In the first round,the mean value of each index was 4.0-4.9167,which was more than 3.5;the coefficient of variation was 5.62%-19.61%,which was less than 20%.In the second round of Kendall concordance coefficient test,the p-values of the first,second and third level indexes are all less than 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,Kendall coefficient is more than 0.3,it can be considered that experts have reached a consensus on the evaluation and opinions of the indicators at all levels.In the second round,the mean of each index was between 4.0 and 5.0.which was more than 3.5;the coefficient of variation was between 0 and 16.98%.which was less than 20%.(3)The first round of questionnaire includes two first level indicators,11 second level indicators and 11 third level indicators.Through the first round of expert correspondence,seven third level indicators were revised and eight third level indicators were added.Finally,it determines two first level indicators(centralized face-to-face teaching;online learning),11 second level indicators(preview;attendance;classroom interaction and discussion;classroom test;homework;final exam;online course learning;online teacher-student interaction;online homework;online test;online final exam),19 third level indicators(whether the learning objectives are mastered;attendance rate of students;students Number of questions or answers;discussion and participation;time to complete the test;test results;whether to complete the assignment on time;assignment score;test results;time of online learning;number of online learning;number of communication and feedback between students and teachers;number of discussions;time to participate in the discussion;whether the assignment can be completed on time;assignment score;test results;The assessment and evaluation system of nursing continuing education.After two rounds of expert correspondence,the statistical analysis shows that the average value of each index is greater than 3.5,the coefficient of variation is less than 20%,and the recognition rate is greater than 80%.In the Kendall coefficient test,the p value is less than 0.05,which is statistically significant.Therefore,the evaluation system has been unanimously evaluated by experts.Conclusion:(1)Through the investigation on the current situation of online learning of nursing continuing education students,it is found that most of the students have contradictions in engineering and learning,so it is not convenient for colleges to carry out centralized face-to-face teaching.(2)The application of network learning platform in nursing continuing education is of great significance,but it also increases the difficulty for educators to evaluate the hybrid teaching mode.(3)Delphi method was used to establish the assessment and evaluation system of nursing continuing education under the background of "Internet+",including 2 level 1 indicators,11 Level 2 indicators,19 Level 3 indicators.Expert correspondence has good representativeness and coordination. |
