Special nursing vocational school has been a significant percentage in China, as society advances, the rapid development of health, need bright nursing personnel, which nursing students, no doubt, that's a huge challenges. With the concept of people's health changes, they are more concerned about health care, for which they need a lot of care workers for their health education. Therefore, students will be accepted nursing health education and study in school, it is necessary to develop a health ability. Nursing workers in the information age, how can the rational use of information for the educated to the most scientific, most accurate, highest quality health education can reflect the personality out? The process of evidence-based nursing practice will be transformed into teaching mode, care and health education that targets specific issues, conduct systematic literature search, the application currently available to the most recent, most reliable research evidence, through analysis and evaluation, combined with clinical experience and patient's own wishes to develop the most scientific nursing health education programs. This teaching model will be applied to "health education" course, the preliminary study of its feasibility and substance.Objective: To investigate the composition of evidence-based nursing teaching model and the specific methods of operation; through the use of this education model, students critical thinking, improve analysis and synthesis pems such as learning ability; to improve their own health education capacity; the same time, sum up experience and lack of too further promote evidence-based care and provide the basis for teaching.Methods: The experimental selected 4 classes for 07 nursing classes, amount to 178 students, of whom two classes (88 students) for experimental group, two classes (90 students) for the controls. During 3 to 7 months for experimental time .Experimental process is divided into three stages: the first stage, the experimental group of students the theoretical knowledge of evidence-based nursing teaching and practice of teaching, the teaching of evidence-based nursing models into a "health education" teaching, and in the teaching end of the After the ability to learn aspects of their self-assessment. The second phase, two groups of students on the theory and practice of evaluation. The third stage, before the end of the semester, for two groups of students the ability to conduct health education, self-assessment.Results: According to evidence-based nursing teaching model to determine the problem, find information on the data screening and evaluation, application of evidence to carry out effective evaluation of five parts. And using this teaching mode of "health education", training the students critical thinking, improve analysis and synthesis problems such as learning ability; also improve their own health education .1.Students could be independent in accordance with evidence-based nursing education model (identify problems, find information, evaluate information, application of evidence, the effect evaluation) to develop care and health education project.2. Students can not be optimistic about the status of Information Literacy: the majority of students enjoy new things, be good at observation, but it is difficult sustained attention. Some students are not concerned about new developments in this field of expertise, professional information awareness needs to be strengthened. Now, many students think the network as an important part in their own lives, but they often used it by chat, play games, shopping, etc., but for nursing websites, journals and CD-ROMs and other related search is short. Their document retrieve ability is to lack.3. Students in the data screening and evaluation process, due to the use of method is not appropriate, consider the problem is not comprehensive, resulting in screening and evaluation of results, accuracy is not high. Leading reasons for this outcome is that students epidemiological knowledge is weak, should be strengthened in this regard teaching. 4. Found some teachers problem as follows:①the current nursing teaching philosophy obsolete;②in teaching methods and teaching methods, the existence of lack of practical-ties;③need to specialized field teacher information quality, to improve student information and ability further;④The nursing school library is short for periodicals books and network resource, lack of professional databases, which are not conducive to students to find information, lead to the collection of information is limited, and then short for teaching purpose.Recommendation: This study proposes the following measures:①update teaching philosophy will be placed on teaching the students the top quality education to develop students critical thinking, improve learning ability, and encouraged an integrated high-quality nurses.②to improve the teaching and learning environment to enhance the learning environment for students and improve student interest in learning.③change the traditional teaching mode, the teaching of evidence-based nursing model applied to the teaching of the traditional teaching of "teacher as the main" teaching mode, to the "student-centered" teaching paradigm shift.④the leading role played by teachers in the teaching process, teachers take a class on the progress of teaching, so teaching links closely related to ensure the integrity of the structure of teaching.⑤optimize information quality educational environment, strengthen the construction of the school's network of information, especially related to the professional database. Increase the library of books related to the nursing profession to enrich student learning resources.
