Objective : To explore the present situation and prognosis of Incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)who with coronary artery lesions, and to define whether there is a difference between IKD and Complete Kawasaki disease(CKD).Methods:Clinical data for a total of 152 patients hospitalized with KD during May 2015 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and followed up.The clinical characteristics and the recovery of coronary artery aneurysm(CAA)are compared between IKD and CKD.Results:The average age of IKD is 2.3 ±2.1 years old,and 90% is under 5 years old;Male is more than female(M/F=1.84:1);74 cases(57.8%)of IKD suffered coronary artery lesions,14 cases(10.9%)suffered CAA,and the average time of coronary artery lesions is 9.9±4.4days.The average age of CAA group is 2.3±3.0 years old, male:female is 3.67:1,and the average age of without CAA group is 2.3±2.0 years old, male:female was 1.71:1,there is no difference between CAA group and without CAA group.Whereas the febrile duration of IKD with CAA was 10.4±3.5 days which is longer than the group without CAA(8.9±4.8 day's)(p < 0.05).The IKD and CKD with CAA who were followed up for 1.5 years are 12 cases and 24 cases respectively;and the average time, male:female, average maximum coronary diameter of IKD group are 2.3±3.3 years old,5:1,6.3±3.7mm respectively, correspondingly, the CKD are 2.2±1.8 year old,3.8:1,7.0±2.9mm respectively.10 cases of IKD suffered middle-size CAA,and 2 cases suffered giant CAA;18 cases of CKD suffered middle-size CAA,and 6 cases suffered giant CAA.There is no significant difference between the age, sex, maximum coronary artery diameter and coronary artery outcome(p > 0.05).During one and a half years of follow-up,7 cases(58.3%)of IKD's CAA are recovery,3 cases(25%)are improvement,2 cases are in stable.Correspondingly, the outcomes of CKD's CAA are 8 cases(33.3%),14 cases(58.3%),1cases(4.2%)respectively,and 1case was dead;the outcomes of IKD'CAA and CKD's CAA are not significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusions:IKD are consistent with CKD in terms of age of onset, gender composition, duration of fever, and time of coronary injury.Age,sex and IKD are not a monitoring indicator for the occurrence of coronary artery aneurysm in children with IKD;IKD patients with febrile duration >10 days were more likely to suffer coronary artery aneurysms. The clinical prognosis of CAA between IKD and CKD is basically consistent?...
