To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of children with kawasaki disease(KD),summarized their epidemiological characteristics, clinical features, compares the clinical characteristics, laboratory indicators and etiology of incomplete Kawasaki disease and complete Kawasaki disease, make for identify incomplete Kawasaki disease as early as possible, reduce the misdiagnosis and delay or even incomplete kawasaki disease, treatment as soon as possible,it is of great clinical significance to early identify and reduce the incidence of coronary artery lesions(CAL)in children with Kawasaki disease,so as to avoid adverse consequences of complications to the greatest extent. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 89 cases of Kawasaki disease admitted to the Department of Pediatrics, the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from January 2018 to December 2020.Summary and analysis: The age, gender, epidemiology, clinical characteristics, coronary artery damage and other conditions of children with Kawasaki disease were analyzed. The laboratory examination and etiological examination data were compared with those of incomplete cases.Data analysis: SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Results: In 89 cases of kawasaki disease, age range for 2 months~ 9years old, incomplete kawasaki disease have 38 cases, completely kawasaki disease have 51 cases,The median age and mean age of children with incomplete Kawasaki disease were younger than those of children with complete Kawasaki disease. The incidence of incomplete Kawasaki disease was higher than that of complete Kawasaki disease in children under 1 year old.Among the main clinical features of complete Kawasaki disease,51cases(100%)had fever,50 cases(98.0%)had conjunctival hyperemia,49cases(96.1%)had red lips and/or strawberry tongue,41 cases(80.4%)had skin rash,36 cases(70.6%)had cervical lymph node enlargement,39 cases(76.5%)of hard swelling of hands and feet and/or pericardial descalation were higher than the incidence of main clinical features in children with incomplete Kawasaki disease(89 cases(100%)of fever,32 cases(84.2%)of bilateral bulbar conjunctival hyperemia,29 cases(76.3%)of red chagous lips and/or strawberry tongue,10 cases(26.3%)of rash,13 cases(34.2%)of cervical lymph node enlargement,13 cases(34.2%)of hand and foot sclerosis and/or perithyroid peeling, and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of cough, diarrhea, arthralgia and scarring redness in incomplete Kawasaki disease was higher than that in complete Kawasaki disease, and the incidence of perianal desquamation and abdominal pain in complete Kawasaki disease was higher than that in incomplete Kawasaki disease. In the univariate analysis of 89 patients with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery disease, there were statistically significant differences in age,Hb,and CRP.Multivariate analysis indicated that Hb < 100g/L might be a high risk factor for Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery disease. Conclusions: 1.The incidence of incomplete Kawasaki disease in children less than 1 year old is higher than that of complete Kawasaki disease. The incidence of cough, diarrhea, joint pain and Kappa positive in incomplete Kawasaki disease group was higher than that in complete Kawasaki disease group.2.Children with Kawasaki disease with low age,low Hb and high CRP may be prone to coronary artery disease.Hb < 100g/L may be a high risk factor for Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery disease.
