objective: To investigate the best treatment options by Study the different time and doses IVIG on the treatment of IKD to prevent and treat CAL。Methods : A retrospective study of 452 patients hospitalized from September 2013 to August 2015 was performed in Chongqing Medical University affiliated children’s hospital.435 patients fished echocardiography examination,This retrospective analysis was carried out statistical Children of different ages who suffered CAL for the first time in different times, and recovery of acute phase CAL after using IVIG for different times and different doses. Results:The comparison of all children with CAL for the first time during 5 ~ 7 days(61.19%), 7 ~ 10 days(74.77%), >10 days(83.91%)showed that the difference was statistically significant difference(p <0.05);and children of different ages(< 6 month years old and 6 month-1years old; 1~3 years old; 3~5 years old;> 5 years old) with CAL for thefirst time respectively in 5~7 days,7~10 days,> 10 days showed that the difference was no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05). Recovery of CAL by using different dose of IVIG for 1g/kg×1 day(100%), 1g/kg×2days(75%),2g/kg(58.00%)×1day after treatment, which showed no statistical significance(p>0.05).While recovery of CAL after IVIG treatment during different time 5~7 days(76.92%),7~10 days(68.00%),>10 days(47.50%),showed statistical significance(p < 0.05).Conclusion:IKD children who suffers CAL for the first time mostly happened >10 days, while IVIG treatment time 5~7 days the efficacy is best,>10 days the efficacy to be markedly reduced. Currently IKD diagnosis are still having more misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,The patients should finish UCG as early as possible if suspected IKD,it is very important for early diagnosis and treatment.
