objective: To investigate the best treatment method by observing the different effect of IVIG on the treatment of incomplete KD and typical KD.Methods:86 hospitalized children with KD were divided into two groups, observation group(41 children with incomplete KD) and control group(45 children with typical KD).Two groups of children were both routinely given aspirin( 50mg/kg.d) for treatment, while a single intravenous drip to IVIG(1g/kg)Note was used, with 5-6 hours to an end. Thermal annealing time, other clinical symptoms, and recovery of coronary artery disease were observed during the whole process. Results: The comparison of thermal annealing time and other clinical symptoms of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After one-month course, the CAL of observation group and control group was 4.87%(2/41)and 11.11%(5/45)respectively, which shows statistical significance(P<0.05). Six months later, the CAL of observation group and control group were 0 and 2/45, which showed statistical significance. Conclusion:Tere is a better short-term effect of The application of IVIG(1g/kg) on the treatment of incomplete Kawasaki disease than that of typical Kawasaki disease. As for the recovery of CAL, the incomplete Kawasaki disease also shows a better effect. It also shows that typical Kawasaki disease is more serious than incomplete Kawasaki disease, which requires longer treatment and more doses.
