Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Spleen And Stomach Weakness Type) By Acupuncture Combined With Sifeng Needling

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Sifeng needling in treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen-stomach weakness type)and its effect on quality of life.Methods:The collected 66 cases of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen-stomach weakness)were randomly divided into acupuncture group(acupuncture combined with four stitches)and Western Medicine Group(oral ammonium bromide tablets).Health education was given before the two groups were treated.Acupuncture group Take two sides Sifeng,Tianshu,Shangjvxu,Zusanlii,Dachangshu.Use aseptic injection needle point Thorn Sifeng,a small amount of yellow white mucus or blood(about 0.1-1ml),then dry,press for 1 minutes.All the points are acupuncture treatment,get gas,all line complement method,needle 30 minutes.Acupuncture Group treatment: Four Seam point thorn: 1times/week,4 times for a course of treatment;Acupuncture: 1 times/day,5 times a week,interval 2nd,surrounded by a course of treatment.(Note: The first four-slit point thorn and acupuncture on the same day.)Western Medicine Group: Oral aspirin ammonium bromide tablets.Course of treatment: 50mg/times,3 times daily,4 weeks for a course of treatment.(Note: Both groups treated 1 sessions).We collected and recorded the observation indexes of two groups before and after treatment and analyzed their clinical effects.Result:1.There was no significant difference between acupuncture Group and Western medicine group before treatment age,sex,course of disease,TCM syndrome scale and IBS-QOL(P>0.05).2.Before and after the integration treatment of TCM syndromes,all the symptom scores in acupuncture group were decreased and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The symptoms and scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,bowel movement,stool frequency and abdominal swelling were all decreased in the treatment of Western Medicine Group(P<0.05).Compared with the difference between the two groups,the acupuncture group was statistically significant in the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,stool,stool frequency and abdominal distension(P<0.01),and the acupuncture group wassuperior to the Western medicine group.3.Before and after the treatment of IBS-QOL,the scores of acupuncture group and Western Medicine group in irritability(Q1),Conflict behavior(Q2),Health anxiety(Q4),dietary restriction(Q5)were increased,and there were significant differences(P<0.05),and acupuncture group was superior to Western medicine group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in body role(Q3),social reaction(Q6),heterosexual concept(Q7),family Relationship(Q8).Conclusion:1.The overall efficacy of acupuncture group in treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen-stomach weakness type)is better than that of Western medicine group;2.Acupuncture Group can improve the quality of life of patients with diarrhea-induced irritable bowel syndrome(spleen-stomach weakness type)and better than Western medicine group;...
