Clinical Study On Shenqi Guchang Granule Combined With Jinshuangqi In The Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Spleen And Stomach Weakness Syndrome

Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Shenling Guchang granule combined with Golden Bifid in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients with deficiency of the spleen and stomach of TCM, explore the scheme of treatment of strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness of TCM combined with microecological preparation, and provides the basis for the clinical application of the scheme.Methods:Select 60 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of TCM during 1 year from January 2014 to January 2015.60 patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group:Shenling Guchang granule; the western medicine group:Golden Bifid; Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group:Shenling Guchang granule+Golden bifid; treatment for 4 weeks, before and after treatment were observed in patients with TCM syndrome integral, and the safety assessment.Results:1.The treatment group:the three groups have signif icant difference (P<0.05),the treatment group is much better than the control group.2.①The erery groups before and after treatment compared with total score was significant difference (P<0.05). ②In the three groups after treatment compared with total score were significantly different(P<0.05); compared with the treatment group, the symptom improvement than the single drug group obviously(P<0.05). ③The three groups after treatment of individual symptoms integral comparison also has statistical significance (P<0.05), three groups of diarrhea, abdominal pain, bowel and lassitude etc. most of the symptoms were obviously improved, which the Chinese medicine group in improving the abdominal distension and loss of appetite has better effect than the western medicine group (P<0.05), but compared with The treatment group was no significant difference (P>0.05).3.The adverse reactions:during the whole course of treatment, the groups were no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Shenling Guchang granule combined with Golden Bifid in the treatment of IBS-D (deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome) clinical curative effect, and better than Shenling Guchang granule groups and Golden Bifid groups, especially in improving the clinical symptoms, especially in the abdominal distention and loss of appetite and efficacy of protrusion.
