Objectives:To explore the impact of inter-unit continuation care and the quality of life and self-care ability of lung cancer patients, and to lay the foundation for the development and research of continuing care for cancer patients. Methods:Using the random number table method, from January 2017 to June 2017,we went to the First Affiliated Hospital of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University(Yunnan Cancer Hospital)and treated 100 lung cancer patients who were permanent residents of Xuanwei City and divided them into intervention groups. In the control group, there were 50 cases in each group. The control group used the conventional care model, and the intervention group adopted the cross unit nursing model. After the intervention and after the end of the intervention for 6 months, the quality of life of patients with lung cancer and self-care ability measurement scale were applied to assess the quality of life and self-care ability before and after the intervention of the two groups of patients. After the application of the effect.Results:1.Comparison of general sociodemographic data, disease cognition, and family caregivers between the two groups:There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2.Pre-intervention status analysis:(1)Quality of life scores of lung cancer patients:The experimental group had a total score of(68.68±4.38).The physical,social/family,affective,functional,and lung cancer-related symptom dimensions scores were(14.90±).1.79),(12.98±2.08),(15.42±1.82),(9.18±2.66),(15.74±2.66);Control group total score(69.1015.37),physiological status,social/family status, affective status, function The scores of status and lung cancer related symptoms were(14.70±1.88),(13.06±1.33),(15.20±1.55),(8.9212.60),and(15.66±2.30)respectively.There was no statistical difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before the intervention.Significance(P>0.05).2 Self-care ability score:The experimental group had a total score of 74.50±5.57.The self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills, and health knowledge level dimensions were(14.82±1.81),(10.82±1.99),and(19.02±2.38)respectively.(29.76±2.89);the control group had a total score of(75.20±4.04),and the self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills, and health knowledge level scores were(14.58±1.64),(10.66±1.42),(19.72,respectively).±2.16)and(29.76±22.97),all at a moderate level. There was no statistically significant difference in ESCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The statistical analysis results of the quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups after 6 months of intervention are as follows:(1)Evaluation of the intervention effect of lung cancer patients' quality of life:The quality of life scores were compared after 6 months of intervention. The results showed that:the quality of life score in the experimental group was(124.56±2.98),physiological status,social/familial status, affective status, and function The status and dimensions of lung cancer-related symptoms were(25.16±1.46),(22.96±0.92),(22.02±1.32),(28.74±1.40),(28.74±1.40),respectively,and in the control group(74.94±5.25).,Social/family status, emotional status, functional status and lung cancer-related symptom dimensions scores were(16.06±2.11),(13.9811.29),(16.90±1.54),(11.3813.01),(16.6212.63)),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The intra-group comparison of the quality of life scores before and after intervention in the two groups of patients showed that the physiological condition,social/family status, emotional status, functional status, and lung cancer-related symptoms and total scores in the experimental group were statistically significant after intervention.Significance(P<0.001);Physiological status,social/family status, emotional status, functional status, lung cancer-related symptoms and total scores in the control group were statistically significant after intervention(P<0.001).(2)Evaluation of the effect of self-care ability intervention:The self-care ability of the two groups was compared after 6 months of intervention:The total self-care ability of the experimental group was(142.56±3.09),self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills, and health The scores of knowledge level dimensions were(26.38±1.13),(19.22±1.61),(19.22±1.61),and(57.5012.10)respectively;the self-care ability of the control group was(91.4815.52),self-concept,self-care responsibility The scores of self-care skills and health knowledge were(15.30±1.76),(12.46±1.27),(25.76±1.46),and(37.96+4.70),respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The self-care ability of the two groups before and after the intervention was compared within the group. The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills, health knowledge and total scores(P<0.001).Conclusion(s):Inter-unit continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer and self-care ability, and has the value of promotion and application in the nursing work of patients discharged from lung cancer.
