| Objective: Development of ICU nurse's common monitor alarm response fatigue questionnaire based on knowledge attitude and practice and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested,applied to the ICU nurses,analysis affecting ICU nurses of common monitor alarm response fatigue knowledge,attitude and practice,the main factors found that there were problems,for hospitals to make measures to improve the nurse alarm response fatigue status to provide the reference.Methods: The first part: in December,2017,through literature review,the reference People's Republic of China-test and guide for alarm system in medical electrical equipment and medical electrical system in the system test and guide,and brainstorm with 10 nurses in EICU in The Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University,initially set of ICU nurses common monitor alarm response fatigue questionnaire based on knowledge attitude and practice.From January,2018 to February,2018,15 experts in Guizhou,Wuhan,Nanjing and Chongqing were conducted two rounds of letter consultation through Delphi method,and specific items of ICU nurses' questionnaire on common monitor alarm response to fatigue knowledge,attitude and practice were finally determined based on the letter consultation results.From march to may,2018,a total of 225 ICU nurses,including the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University,Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University and Wudang Hospital of Guizhou Medical University,were investigated for the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by means of convenience sampling.The questionnaire recovery rate,Cr,CV and Kendall's W were used to judge the expert's positive degree,authority degree and opinion coordination degree.The validity of Cronbach's test,retest reliability,content validity and structure validity evaluation questionnaire were used.The second part: the conveniencesampling method is adopted to extract Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University,Guiyang City in Guizhou YiFuYuan of Traditional Chinese Medicine,The Second People's Hospital of Guiyang City,Guiyang City Maternal and Child Care,Maternity and Child care in Guangdong Province,a total of 252 ICU nurses as the research object,analyzes the results of the survey,the frequency and composition ratio and independent samples test,single factor analysis of variance ? Pearson correlation coefficient analysis.Test level ?=0.05.Results: Part one: two rounds of expert letter consultation,the recycling rate is 100% and 93%,respectively,indicating that the experts are highly motivated.Cr was 0.84 and 0.89 respectively,indicating a higher level of authority of experts.Kendall's W coefficient was 0.181 and 0.518(P <0.001).After the second letter consultation,the coordination degree of expert opinions was high,and the ICU nurses finally established the alarm response fatigue questionnaire for commonly used monitoring devices.Preliminary survey questionnaire 225,recycling effective questionnaire 225,recovery rate was 100%,the exploratory factor analysis,a total of extract 7 common factor,accumulative total factor contribution rate is 59.315%,the questionnaire is composed of three dimensions(7 subdimension)including 25 items: knowledge dimension(ecg monitor alarm status,basic knowledge,basic knowledge of ventilator alarm state),attitude dimensions(alarm positive attitude,alarm fatigue reasons),behavioral dimensions(alarm parameters and alarm positive behavior,alarm,negative behavior).The coefficient of Cronbach's was 0.887 and the retest reliability was 0.867.Part two:1.A total of 260 questionnaires were issued and 252 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 96.9%.2.The ICU nurses' standard for the common monitor alarm response fatigue knowledge was divided into(63.14±22.86),attitude standard(73.47 ± 12.00),and behavior standard(76.98 ± 11.42).3.Different ages,professional titles,educational backgrounds,years of ICU nursing work and whether there is ICU specialist nurse qualification certificate have statistical significance for the difference of ICU nurse's common monitor alarm response fatigue knowledge score(P< 0.05);Different educational backgrounds,professional titles,nursing career satisfaction and whether there is ICU specialist nurse qualification certificate werestatistically significant for the difference in ICU nurse's commonly used monitor alarm response fatigue attitude score(P<0.05).Different educational backgrounds,professional titles,years of ICU nursing work,nursing career satisfaction,whether it is a clinical teaching teacher and whether it has ICU specialist nurse qualification certificate have statistical significance for the difference of ICU nurse's common monitor alarm response fatigue behavior score(P < 0.05).4.Educational background and professional title are the factors affecting the knowledge level of common monitor of ICU nurses;Nursing career satisfaction,ICU nurse qualification certificate,and education background are the factors affecting the belief and behavior level of ICU nurses' common monitor.5.There was a positive correlation between ICU nurses' fatigue knowledge,belief and behavior on common monitor alarm response.Conclusion: 1.ICU nurses can comprehensively evaluate ICU nurses' knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire of common monitor alarm response fatigue,and have good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate ICU nurses' alarm response fatigue.2.ICU nurses have the highest level of behavior,the second highest level of belief,and the lowest level of knowledge in terms of common monitor alarm response fatigue knowledge,attitude,and practice. |
