In recent years,due to climate change and the rapid development of society and economy,water rights conflicts in small watersheds in China have become more frequent.This article comprehensively uses case analysis,analytic hierarchy process and game analysis method,focusing on the theoretical basis,case analysis,analysis of influence factor degree,analysis of effect mechanism of influence factors and countermeasures,etc.,to empirically study water right conflicts and coordination in Jiaohe Basin.Related issues of the mechanism.The specific research conclusions are as follows:Water rights conflicts in the Jiaohe River Basin are mainly manifested as conflicts between water source protection and urban planning,conflicts between water quality and sewage discharge,conflicts in water use purposes,and conflicts in water time.From the actual performance of the four small basin water right conflicts,it can be concluded that the small basin water right conflicts have multiple subjects and there is a close relationship between the subjects;the spillover effects of water rights conflicts are universal and serious,and non-institutionalized solutions have become the norm;Water rights of water rights includes the weakening of water rights exclusivity,increasing the probability of opportunism,the low level of water rights transfers leading to an increase in the types of water rights
