As a pillar industry,the construction industry plays an important role in promoting the development of China's economy.However,traditional construction methods have problems such as low production efficiency,increasing labor costs,low resource utilization,and high building energy consumption.The construction industry is still in an extensive development stage.As an industrialized production mode,prefabricated building make the production process more standardized,mechanized and intelligent,which can reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution.It is an important measure to promote the reform of the supply side of the construction industry and meet the growing needs of people.With the increase of policy support and the gradual expansion of market space,the industrialized production of prefabricated components,as the basis for the development of prefabricated building,the trend of capital accumulation and investment acceleration has gradually emerged.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research status of prefabricated building and facilities location at home and abroad through literature review,and discusses the theory of prefabricated building,prefabricated component plant,GIS,location theory,location model theory.Secondly,it analyzes the site selection principle and combines the characteristics of the prefabricated component plant to establish the site selection index system by literature research and expert interview.Thirdly,the existing location model and method are analyzed,and a preliminary-fine two-stage prefabricated component plant location decision model based on GIS & improved TOPSIS is proposed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the location index system is given weights.In the primary selection stage,the visual spatial analysis function of GIS is used to quantify social,economic,and main resource conditions,and the initial ranking of the land is obtained to determine alternatives.In fine selection stage,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and literature research,expert scoring is used to evaluate the construction and production index of alternatives.Combined with the evaluation value of the primary selection stage,the TOPSIS improved by the gray correlation degree is used to comprehensively evaluate the alternatives,and the final ranking of the prefabricated component plant alternatives is obtained.Finally,taking the site selection of Chongqing prefabricated component plant as an example,the site selection decision model is verified.The goal of the paper is to establish a primary-fine two-stage location model based on GIS & improved TOPSIS,effectively solving the multi-criteria quantification location problem,in order to provide basis and reference suggestions for the site selection of prefabricated component plant,thus promoting the development of prefabricated building.
