Safe development of nuclear power is an important strategy to ensure sustainable energy. According to the objectives of China Thirteen Five Nuclear Power Plan, nuclear power construction market have a bright future. Compared to the coastal nuclear power plant, inland nuclear power plant receives more attention in environmental and safe issues, so research about this area are more and more important.Site selection is an important part of pre-construction, and it is premise to ensure the success of project construction. Compared with general project, the siting work of inland nuclear power plant is more extensive and stringent. Therefore, this paper make site selection of inland nuclear power plant as the research object, in-depth analysis of all kinds of influences, lead combination weighting-Topsis approach into inland nuclear power plant site evaluation, and designed evaluated software AddressDX, provided some technical reference to site selection work, specific contents are as follows:(1)In-depth analysis of various factors which affect inland nuclear power plant siting, constructed evaluation index system of inland nuclear power plant and summarized the quantitative classification standards of each index.(2)Combined with the clustering analysis, hierarchical analysis, entropy weight and Topsis method, constructed the inland nuclear power plant site selection evaluation model. With a example of inland nuclear power plant, evaluated its seven sites. The final solution is consistent with the design institute, proved this model’s feasibility.(3)Applied combination weighting-Topsis approach, designed the site selection evaluation software AddressDX. Meanwhile, taked instance data into AddressDX and the result is consistent with original conclusion, proved the reliability of this software.
