Involves construction,prefabricated construction is beneficial to reducing consumption of energy resources in the process of building,reduce the construction process of the environmental pollution,sharply reduce the construction quality common fault and improve the construction precision and production efficiency,promote new industries,promote the construction and other industries the depth of the fusion,to promote the development of new economy,the new kinetic energy increase,boosting the economic development of the society as a whole has a constructive significance.According to statistics,compared with the traditional cast-in-place construction method,it can save water by about25%,reduce the consumption of plastering mortar by about 55%,save template wood by about 60%,and reduce construction energy consumption by about 20%.At a time when economic growth is shifting from high speed to medium-high speed,economic downward pressure is increasing,and the construction industry is facing reform and innovation,it is the right time to develop prefabricated buildings.But now prefabricated construction is in the early stages of the development,management is not perfect,the construction of prefabricated building requires each link closely linked,thus forming the integration of collaborative operation mode,and with more than ten years of building industry division of labor market,make each link disconnect phenomenon is very common,it seriously affected the modular construction of the overall level of ascension.Combining the mentioned in the report to the party's 19 "in the modern supply chain to cultivate new growth points,form the new kinetic energy",this paper applied the ideas of supply chain to the prefabricated construction,form construction enterprise as the core of the construction supply chain system,should be pointed out that construction companies mentioned in this paper is a set design,production,construction in one of the general contractor.The construction of the supply chain system of prefabricated construction enterprises requires the core enterprises,that is,the construction enterprises,to cooperate closely with the partners on the supply chain.The selection of supply chain partners of construction enterprises is the most basic work.The selection of appropriate partners willpromote the normal and orderly operation of supply chain,facilitate the sharing of resources and information among enterprises,and accelerate the development of prefabricated buildings.On this basis,this paper firstly defines the concept of supply chain of prefabricated construction enterprises through the connotation of supply chain,and constructs the supply chain model of prefabricated construction enterprises based on this paper.This paper expounds the importance of selecting supply chain partners of prefabricated construction enterprises and puts forward the theory of selecting supply chain partners of construction enterprises.The selection of partners is divided into three stages: preliminary review,detailed review and combination optimization.By analyzing the influencing factors of the selection of specific partners,combined with a large number of literature,field investigation and characteristics of prefabricated buildings,the evaluation index system of supply chain partner selection is constructed.In addition,the cooperation partners were selected and evaluated in three stages respectively by using cluster analysis method,TOPSIS analysis method and ant colony algorithm,and finally the optimal cooperation partner combination was obtained. |
