Measurement Of Green Development Level And Analysis Of Regional Differences In The Yellow River Basin

After 30 years of rapid growth,China's waste of resources,environmental pollution,ecological damage and other issues are becoming increasingly serious,becoming the main obstacles of China's transformation to the green harmonious development of man and nature.With the development of the strategy of "the development of the western region","the strategy of developing the western region”and the strategy of the rise of the central region,the status of the Yellow River basin in China's economic development is becoming more and more important.Due to the differences of economic and social basis,resource environment endowment and policy inclination in the nine provinces and autonomous regions of the Yellow River Basin,the obstacles to green development in different provinces and regions are not the same.To understand the green development of the Yellow River Basin,to explore the causes and evolution of the green development level in the nine provinces and autonomous regions of the river basin,to promote the green development level of the river basin,we must establish an evaluation index system that conforms to the status quo of the Yellow River basin.Based on the existing research results and the "economic-social-natural”reality of the Yellow River Basin,the "comprehensive evaluation index system of the green development level of the Yellow River Basin" is constructed,and the objective assignment of the indicators is carried out by the entropy method to improve the TOPSIS model.The results showed that the green development level of the nine provinces in the basin was significantly improved from 2005 to 2014,but the green development model was still relatively primary,and the regional development imbalance was prominent and the difference of the green development level among the provinces was converged.This paper explores the evolution trend of the three main influencing indexes of the "green economy development efficiency","resources and environmental factors","environmental protection and green investment" in the nine provinces of the Yellow River basin,and finds that the green development of the Yellow River basin is still Regional natural resource endowments,and mainly affected by regional economic development.In 2005 and 2014,the regional development trend of the basin was significantly reduced,and the difference between the provincial and rural areas was further narrowed.The positive effect of the economic and social development on the green development level was stronger than the negative effect,But still did not achieve economic development to promote environmental optimization of the green development model,green development stage is still primary.Through the factor analysis and the obstacle analysis,the author analyzes the causes of the differences in the green development level between the provinces of the Yellow River Basin,and finds that the factors that hinder the improvement of the green development level in the provinces and autonomous regions are regional common factors.The green development of the Yellow River Basin did not break away from the constraints of the original ecological basis of the region.The difference of resources and environment was still the most important factor to determine the level of green development in the provinces and autonomous regions.To improve the level of green development,the protection of natural resources,the strengthening of pollution control and the improvement of ecological conditions were the most fundamental way.At the same time,the two-way promotion effect between economic and social green development efficiency and regional green development is the most effective way to accelerate the economic development and improve the efficiency of economic development.Watershed nine provinces and autonomous regions coexist in one regional system,nine provinces should work together to maintain the ecological environment to promote the early development of the Yellow River Basin green.
