The Construction Of Green Transformation Development Evaluation Index System

Ever since the reform and opening up,some economic problems have become more prominent than ever before with the rapid development of China's economy.It mainly concludes many aspects,like the serious shortage of scientific and technological innovation,the extensive development mode of excessive consumption of natural resources,and the irrational industrial structure.The solution to these problems lies in the transformation of China's economy.And it is essential for the present stage of our country to find a way of transformation and development which is suitable for our own national conditions.Furthermore,the most important mode of economic transformation in China is based on the green transformation development,which is also an effective attempt to restore economic vitality.Based on the previous researches and the connotation of the green development,the objective screening evaluation index method is adopted in this thesis.From the view of the provincial level,this thesis constructs the evaluation index system of green transformation of China,measures the green development index of each province and makes a comparative analysis among provinces.Then the reasons of its differences are briefly illustrated.Based on the provincial level data of 2005 and from 2010 to 2014,the aim of this thesis is to reveal the spatial patterns of the green transformation development and dynamic change in China's provinces by using the GIS spatial correlation analysis.And the grey prediction model GM(1,1)is also applied in order to make a reasonable and acceptable prediction of the green transformation development index and spatial patterns in 2020.The results are as follows.It is possible and feasible to select the evaluation index by non-parametric Kurskal-Wallis test and Spearman rank correlation coefficient test;Guangdong is the top province with the comprehensive level of the green transformation and development;the overall level of the green transformation in China shows a increasing trend which is from the west to the east;it is identified spatially that there is a high-high cluster effect in Yangtze River Delta;theprediction shows a rising trend of the green transformation development index in most provinces of China in 2010.Moreover,the relative gap between the provinces will gradually reduce and there is a high-low outlier effect in the Jing-Jin-Hebei region.
