Case Analysis Of Information Resource Sharing And Copyright Protection Conflicts Of Interest

Copyright law is the inevitable outcome of the science and technology and development of commodity economy information resources sharing is the inevitable requirement of social informatization with the rapid development of information technology,information download change propagation and abnormal use is convenient. It brought convenience to people to use information on one hand,on the other hand also to maintain their own rights and interests of copyright owner has brought many difficulties.Due to copyright restrictions for the free use of information,so the copyright protection and information resource sharing conflict is inevitable.Therefore,this article mainly research is how to balance the contradiction between the two.The article is divided into five parts.The first two parts mainly some basic concepts of copyright protection and information resources sharing and rationality are introduced,the third chapter four cases and theory points out that information resources sharing and copyright protection performance and the reasons of the conflicts of interest,then in the fifth chapter analyes from multiple angles of copyright protection and information resource sharing conflicts of interest balance.
