Research On Copyright Protection For Sharing Information In P2P

P2P, also known as Peer-to-Peer, is either an equality network or a thought. Its collaborative work, distributed information or resource sharing, such as large-scale parallel computing show unique advantages.P2P file-sharing technology has become the main form of information-sharing in networks. Meanwhile the application and development of P2P technology will inevitably lead to a lot of legal problems among which infringement involving file sharing service providers and copyright holders are the most serious. It cause great damage to the profit of copyright owners. After the international movie and the phonograph record giant in overseas raised the lawsuit to the P2P web represented by Napster, the distributed hash table(DHT) technology began to used in BitTorrent,eDondey and a number of other P2P file-sharing software. At DHT technology, file's indexing information is no longer centralized in directory server, but are distributed among the network. Files are preserved in the large number of nodes. So it is difficut to find the act of infringement and collect evidence.Through improve the procedures of the Tracker server, DongWei raised a technology of the track of the information publisher (origin) in his Master's Thesis, but it is not usefule in P2P system which used DHT technology.This paper will accomplish work in three aspects.1. Analyse the BitTorrent protocol and source.2. Find the contact between the Key information and the copyright, and select the message to confirm the sharing-action in DHT P2P system.3. Improve the procedures of the message.
