A Win-win Game For Library Information Resource Sharing And Copyright Protection

With the rapid development of library business, the surge in demand of information resources sharing and the consummation of copyright protection consciousness and system, the game conflicts of library information resources sharing and copyright protection become more fierce. This paper analyzed the role of libraries, the copyright holders and information users in the game by using the game theory and model, and analyzed the game competition of the copyright holders and the libraries, libraries and information users in various cases, then build the theory frame of double-winning game. According to the analysis results, this paper put forward the strategy and the specific measures to achieve double-winning game.
