Expert Consensus Study On The Treatment Of Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular And Cerebrovascular Diseases With Xueshuanxinmaining Tablets

Objective:To form a consensus of experts on the treatment of atherosclerotic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases with Xueshuanxinmaining tablet.Methods:Combined with the progress of pharmacology and clinical research,drug instructions and expert experience,an open-ended original questionnaire was formed.10 experts with the experience of making expert consensus were interviewed,and expert opinions and suggestions were widely collected.After analysis,a questionnaire was formed.Electronic questionnaire and face-to-face were used to investigate the clinical problems concerned by clinicians.To build consensus through nominal group method to solve clinical problems,and to form key outcome indicators.Retrieve clinical research related to clinical problems,analyze and sort out the effective data,and use Revman software for meta analysis.Grade method was used to grade the evidence quality of related clinical research evidences.Use grade grid method to form recommendations,and write expert consensus according to Chinese patent preparation specifications.Results:Through the questionnaire,28 clinical problems that clinicians are most concerned about were obtained.In the clinical research related to angina pectoris and cerebral infarction,the improvement rate of angina pectoris,the improvement rate of ischemic ECG,the score of neurological deficit and the score of daily living ability were the main outcome indicators.To establish the standard of inclusion and exclusion for screening,and to conduct meta analysis after the incorporation of clinical studies.After combining the RCT of symptom improvement rates in 12 studies of angina pectoris,the results showed that compared with the control group treated with conventional western medicine,the combination of Xueshuanxinmaining tablet and conventional western medicine could significantly reduce the number of angina attacks(P<0.05),and the quality of evidence is moderate;After RCT combined with ECG improvement in patients with angina in 6 studies,the results showed that compared with the control group treated with conventional western medicine,xueshunxinning tablet combined with conventional western medicine could significantly improve the ischemic changes of ECG in patients with angina pectoris(P<0.05),and the quality of evidence is low;Three RCTs were used to study the improvement rate of neurological deficit in patients with cerebral infarction,the results showed that compared with the control group treated with conventional western medicine,Xueshuanxinmaining tablet combined with conventional western medicine could significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficit in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05),but the quality of the evidence is low;Five items of RCTs were used to study the degree of neurological deficit in patients with cerebral infarction,the results showed that compared with the control group treated with conventional western medicine,xueshuanxinmaining tablet combined with conventional western medicine could significantly improve the degree of neurological deficit in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05),but the quality of the evidence is low;After the RCT of daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction was combined in three studies,the results showed that compared with the control group treated with conventional western medicine,Xueshuanxinmaining tablet combined with conventional western medicine could significantly improve the ability of daily life of patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05),and the quality of evidence is moderate;Combined with clinical problems,according to the quality of corresponding evidence,recommendations are formed through nominal group method,and expert consensus is written according to expert consensus.Conclusions:through objective investigation,the clinical problems concerned by clinicians were understood.Screening and merging of studies related to clinical issues,systemic evaluation of Xueshuanxinmaining tablet in the treatment of atherosclerotic cardio cerebrovascular diseases.After extensive argumentation by relevant experts,the expert consensus on the treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by Xueshuanxinmaining tablet was initially formed.
