Based On Lean Thinking Of W Company B Product's Lean Improvement Scheme Design

Today's increasingly competitive in manufacturing,cost control is the key of enterprise to win in competition,in this environment,lean production highlights the importance of business activities in enterprises.Lean thinking is the advanced mode of production and management concept.Through the efforts of lean improvement teams,eliminate all non-value added activities in the production and business operation activities,to reduce production cost.In this paper,the theme is to study B products of W company about the lean production to improve the problem,B products are consumer electronics,because B products low production efficiency,long production cycle,low product yield factors,lead to B production costs rise,serious extrusion product profit space.First of all,this paper illustrates the B products are faced with the problem,from personnel,machinery and equipment,material,method and environment five aspects analyses the causes of the problem.Secondly,the necessity and feasibility of implementing lean improvement of B products are analyzed.Finally,by the method of lean improvement B products do the optimization design of the system.B product solutions optimized content include: people management optimization,the optimization of machinery and equipment management,the optimization of material management,production balance optimization,lean design optimization,optimization of 5s and continuous improvement.people management to optimize the main is to solve production problems caused by human factor of B products.The purpose of the machine equipment optimization is to improve the low efficiency of products in the production of B;The optimization of material is mainly to solve all kinds of waste phenomenon in the process of handling;Production balance method to optimize the assembly process,shorten the production cycle of products;Lean design method of optimization is to solve production problems due to bad product design;5s and continuous improvement of optimization is to maintain product B to improve the results,and achieve the purpose of continuous improvement products B.This article is based on value design targeted management solutions to improve products,is different from the separate study of lean production or improve,leading a good example for consumer electric industry,component industry and other manufacture industry.
