The nursing quality management is an important part of the hospital quality management,quality of nursing directly affect the quality and safety of medical health,the stand or fall of nurse skills affect the level of diagnosis and treatment technology,the quality of service quality will affect the reputation of the medical industry.And quality of care depends on not only the quality of nursing staff and technology,also depends on the effectiveness of nursing management method.Application of six sigma management method in the revision of nursing quality standards,the improvement of quality assessment methods,and the reconstruction of the nursing process and so on has carried on the nursing quality management effectiveness of exploration,has achieved initial success of six sigma management method was introduced ward nursing quality management the main purpose is to improve the nursing quality,find out the defect,put forward improvement methods,establish priorities and pursue the goal of “zero defect”.Six sigma management method,this paper will be A hospital ward nursing care to from January 2013 to June 2015 nursing quality check results were compared.First analyzes the A hospital care ward nursing management standards and existing problems,and then analyzed by six sigma level measure of ward nursing 9 indicators,found some indexes in 3 ~ 5 sigma level,differ with standard level of 1 ~ 3,reflect the level of care.Finally combining A hospital ward nursing problems,using the bones diagram method and questionnaire to analyze causes of these problems,and using the six sigma management method in the ward nursing management carry on the improvement of management,puts forward relevant improvement and control measures,better play the clinical nursing staff in the work of the potential,the pursuit of quality of nursing quality,improve patient satisfaction.
