The Study Of The Relationship Between Occupational Stress And Sleep Quality Of Pediatric Nurses In Primary Hospitals

purpose:To explore the relationship between occupational stress and sleep quality of pediatric nurses in primary hospitals,and to analyze the influencing factors of occupational stress in pediatric nurses of primary hospitals.The purpose of this study is to understand the pediatric nurses' Nurses occupational stress and sleep status,in order to ease the primary hospital nurses nurses occupational stress measures to improve the quality of sleep to provide a basis for reference.method:During the period from October 2016 to June 2017,100 clinical pediatric nurses in one district hospital and one of the four secondary hospitals in Guangzhou were included in the scope of the study,and the occupational stress scale was revised(QSTR(PSQI)scale,and self-made general questionnaire to investigate the research object,the results were compared with the domestic norm to determine the primary hospital nurses occupational stress and sleep quality And to analyze the correlation between occupational stress and sleep quality in pediatric nurses in primary hospitals.result:1.100 cases of primary hospital pediatric nurses occupational stress results as follows: job task survey score(168.22 + 22.118),individual stress response survey score(113.92 + 26.209),individual coping resources survey score(116.99 + 19.748),respectively,compared with domestic norm by statistical differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).100 cases of grass-roots grass-roots hospital pediatric nurses occupational stress scale is as follows: professional task questionnaire scores of severe strain,a total of 19 cases,accounting for 19%,moderate stress,a total of 51 cases,accounting for 51.00%,moderate tension,a total of 30 cases,accounting for 30.00%,individual stress reaction questionnaire scores of severe stress,a total of 12 cases accounted for 12.00%,moderate stress,a total of 70 cases,accounting for 70.00%,moderate stress,a total of 28 cases,accounting for 28.00%,individual coping resources score of severe stress in all 3 cases,accounting for 3.00%,moderate tension,a total of 62 cases,accounting for 62.00%,moderate stress,a total of 35 cases,accounted for 35.00%,above shows that grass-roots hospital pediatric nurses are widespread phenomenon of occupational stress.2.the basic level hospital pediatric nurse sleep quality index scale the most points,18 points,minimum 2 points,total score(6.95-3.702)points,sleep quality index scale total score > seven nurses,82(82%),7 factor and total score of sleep quality index scale compared with domestic norm sleep quality analysis,the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that grassroots hospital pediatric nurses are widespread sleep quality is poor.3.Compared with the general survey results of pediatric nurses in the primary hospital,there was no statistical significance in the survey data(P > 0.05).In gender,marital status,age,working years,survey data was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which can be seen that influence the working process of the grass-roots hospital pediatric nurses in occupational stress and sleep quality factors include gender,marital status,age,working years,and so on.To this end,the corresponding management personnel in the paediatrics of the primary hospital can tailor accordingly to improve such situation.4.analysis method for the double variable correlation method,compare the basic-level hospital pediatric nurses' occupational stress and sleep quality,the result showed that the basic-level hospital pediatric nurses occupational tasks with daytime sleep disorders,sleep quality index scores were positively correlated(p < 0.05),the individual nervous reaction with sleep disorders,sleep medication,sleep quality,daytime dysfunction index scores were positively correlated(p < 0.01),individual coping resources(p < 0.01),and sleep sleep time(p < 0.01)(p < 0.01),the sleep time,sleep disorder(p < 0.01)and hypnotic drugs(p < 0.05),daytime dysfunction(p < 0.05),total score of sleep quality index(p < 0.01)showed a negative correlation.The above indicates that the occupational stress and sleep quality of primary hospital nurses are related.Conclusion:1.there are occupational stress and sleep quality problems among the pediatric nurses at the primary hospital.Occupational stress is generally in the middle stage,and its sleep quality is generally in the medium stage.2.In this study,the gender,age,seniority and marital status of the factors influencing the occupational stress and sleep quality of pediatric nurses in the primary hospital were analyzed.Nursing management,therefore,can be in accordance with the personality characteristics of grassroots hospital pediatric nurse workers targeted to give corresponding treatment measures,avoid the nurse strained condition in the work,in addition,each nurse personnel can also be used by enhancing their ability to deal with to improve their sleep quality.3.there is a certain relationship between the occupational stress of the primary hospital and the quality of occupational stress.Therefore,pediatric nurses may improve their sleep quality by improving occupational stress.
