Objective: To know the occupational stress,occupational burnout and quality of life of the medical staff in specialized hospital,and to analyze the influence of the medical staff on the quality of life combined with physical examination data,to provide a scientific basis for the development of health protection measures of medical personnel and improve the life quality of occupation.Methods: take hierarchical cluster sampling method,669 valid questionnaires of 800 were backed from a specialized hospital in Urumqi in Xinjiang,The effective rate of the questionnaire was 83.63%.The demographic data,medical personnel occupation tension,occupation burnout and quality of life as the contents of the questionnaire survey were analyzed combined with the physical examination data.Results: 1.There were differences between doctors and nurses in the ERI questionnaire in obtaining the dimension scores(P<0.05);there were more than 70% higher proportion of high pay and low gain in doctor to doctor and nurse to nurse;No significant difference in different individual characteristics of doctors and nurses in Effort-Reward Imbalance questionnaire(P>0.05).2.Comparison of occupation burnout dimensions and the overall situation,the scores of doctors and nurses in emotional exhaustion dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05),and doctors' emotional exhaustion scores were higher than that of nurses;but no significant difference in different degree of occupation burnout(P>0.05);(1)There were statistically significant differences in different gender doctors in personality and occupational burnout dimensions,different ethnic groups in the dimension of depersonalization,doctors in different marital status in personality and occupational burnout dimensions,different length of service doctors in the dimension of personality,doctors smoking or not in the dimension of personality collapse and the sense of accomplishment and doctors drinking or not in the dimension of personality(P<0.05).(2)There were statistically significant differences in different ethnic nurses and nurses with different marital status in the dimension of depersonalization,nurses smoking or not in the dimension of depersonalization and the sense of accomplishment(P<0.05).3.The total cholesterol and fasting glucose in high paid group were higher than un-high paid group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The doctor and nurse in the hospital were significant difference in the SF-36 questionnaire GH dimension,VT dimension scores(P<0.05);(1)there were differences in the scores of BP and GH in different genders(P<0.05),and the male BP and GH scores were higher than the female;There were statistically significant differences in different ethnic physicians in the VT,SF,MH dimension,different marital status of doctors in the SF,VT dimension,doctors with different technical titles in the MH dimension;and the Han doctors' in the VT,SF,MH dimension scores were higher;married doctors scored higher than unmarried doctors in the VT and SF dimensions,with the increase of titles,the total score of MH increased;(2)there were differences in the scores of drinking or not nurses in the PF dimension,and of smoking or not nurses in the RP dimension;smoking nurse RP was higher than that of non-smoking nurses,and the PF score of drinking nurses was lower than that of non-drinking nurses;there were statistically significant differences in scores of nurses with different professional titles in the SF dimension,and with the increasing of the title,the higher the SF score.5.There were significant differences in the scores of GH,VT and MH in different occupational stress among medical staff(P<0.05),And the high paid low gain group in GH,VT,MH dimension had more scores.6.Partial correlation analysis was used in occupational burnout and the quality of life after controlling the general demographic characteristics of the medical staff,the emotional exhaustion dimension scores were positively correlated with RP,BP,VT and total score of life quality,and negatively correlated with PF;depersonalization score were positively correlated with RP,SF and the total quality of life score and negatively correlated with PF;and the accomplishment decreased scores were positively correlated with PF,occupation burnout scores,RP,BP and the quality of life scores.7.Multiple linear regression showed that the main factors affecting the quality of life of specialist medical staff were drinking,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,intrinsic satisfaction,payment,and overloading.Conclusion: The higher the level of occupational stress and job burnout of medical staff in specialized hospitals,the worse the quality of life.Therefore,it is helpful to improve the quality of life of medical staff to reduce the occupational stress and job burnout of medical staff in the hospital.
