Objectives:To provide the theory basis and the suggestions for the prevention and intervention of nurse working stress response in the three level of first-class military hospital in Beijing; To provide a reference basis for improving the physical and mental health of nurses, stabilizing nursing team and improving the quality of nursing in military hospital.Methods:This study used a random-cluster method to recruit1266qualified nurses of ten wards from twenty-five wards in the three level of the first-class military hospitals in Beijing. Participants were asked to fill out a series of questionnaires assessing nursing job stressor, self-efficacy, trait coping styles, social support level, the big five personality,self-rating depression, self-rating anxiety and measure their occupational burnout, The data were analysed with Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS)18.0, The statistics method employed in the study mainly involves the statistic description, one sample t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Bivariate correlations, stepwise regressions, path analysis.Result:(1) The major job stressors of nurses are related with nature of nursing work and the work load.(2) In the research, the nurses anxiety, depression reaction degree is higher, and, at the same time, show a certain degree of occupational burnout,among occupational burnout with emotional exhaustion and low sense of accomplishment more serious (3) demographic variables,such as, physiological age, technical titles, departments, the nature of work and physical condition are key factors resulting in working stress among the nursing staff in the military hospitals (p<0.01), the demographic variables, for instance,marriage,the childbearing condition,the cultural level, the working years,however,are statistically no significance difference in explaining all kinds of working stress (p>0.05).(4) the job stressor in nurses is positive linear correlation with anxiety, depression, occupational burnout, passive coping styles, neurotic personality (p<0.01), the job stressor in nurses is passive linear correlation with self-efficacy, social support level (p<0.01)(5) nurse job stressor was conducted by analysis of stepwise regression, it showed that marital status, fertility condition, technical titles, graduate school, and health condition five variables was brought into regression equation.Its influence from big to small is health condition、graduate school、fertility condition、technical titles and marital status.(6) according to the results of a statistical significance, established a job stress path model by analysis of enter regression,path analysis results show that:the determinative coefficient of job stressors of nurses with the nurse anxiety、depression、emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were0.343、0.266、0.452and0.204.Conclusion:Our results suggest that the nurses working with three level of first-class military hospital in Beijing are in the face of tremendous pressure and we should pay more attention to this phenomenon, the major job stressors of nurses are related with nature of nursing work and the work load, the influence factors of job stressors in nurses are physiological age, technical titles, departments, the nature of work, the working years and physical condition, the job stressor in nurses is positive linear correlation with anxiety, depression, occupational burnout, passive coping styles, neurotic personality, the job stressor in nurses is passive linear correlation with self-efficacy, social support level, occupational burnout emotional exhaustion, anxiety, passive coping styles, work years, departments, and occupational burnout personal accomplishment, social support seven variables can predict job stress of nurses, The nurse work stressor to the nurse anxiety, depression, job burnout the influence degree from big to small in order as occupational burnout, anxiety and depression.
