Purposes: This paper tries to present an objective status of the unification of clinical medicine specialty degree and resident standardization training system in the clinical medicine master's degree in A school.It also attends to find out the problem,to explore the relevant influencing factors,and to propose the suitable suggestions for the postgraduates of clinical medicine at the present stage.It provides scientific and feasible reference and basis for the relevant departments of the state and the medical colleges to optimize the training program of clinical medical postgraduates.Methods: The main method of this paper is to understand the medical education policy through literature research.There are also some interviews carried out on the master's degree of clinical medicine master and his tutor,the teacher who was responsible for the training of the graduate school,the teachers of the theory course and the clinical teachers to understand the general “medical education collaborative” situation of the training of the professional degree and collect information of students in A school.By using random sampling method,questionnaire investigation is given to 191 students who entranced the school before the reform of “medical education collaborative” program in 2014 and 279 students entranced in 2015 after the reform.What's more,50 tutors of master's degree in clinical medicine graduate who have two years to recruit survey among A school has also taken the questionnaire investigation.The purpose of the investigation is to understand the communication between teachers and students,theoretical teaching,scientific research,clinical practice,medical qualification examination and other professional degree training.The attitude towards the program from teachers and students is also involved.The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software,including descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,t test,variance analysis,difference analysis and so on.Results: The training mode of “medical education collaborative” has received the favor from majority of teachers and students.Most of them believe that it can better improve the clinical ability.But it still has a long way to go.The training mode of professional degree graduate enrollment quality is better,the clinical ability of students is solid,but the training mode implemented soon,the teachers and students on the current teacher-student communication,theory teaching,scientific research,clinical practice and students' time and energy ratio of satisfaction was lower than that of the traditional training mode,and most postgraduates prefer to recruit graduate students of science.Many students have proposed problems that clinical rotation arrangements are not reasonable,and students pay too little time in professional knowledge.Conclusion: The training mode of “medical education collaborative” has the advantagesof clear training objectives,time saving,resource integration,security and strengthen the ability of medical students in clinical teaching,and have got recognized from most teachers and students.But it also shows some problems like uneven distribution and poor professional students,theory of clinical practice teaching arrangements not reasonable,the practice of scientific research quality not high,change not meeting,the communication between teachers and students not deep enough,difficult to balance the energy of practice etc.Suggestions: It is suggested to have comprehensive coordination and cooperation between medical institutions and resident standardized training bases.By strengthening discipline construction and improve the effectiveness of teaching theory,clinical research,transformation and reasonable arrangement of clinical practice,promote teacher-student interaction,innovation incentive mechanism to promote medical education cooperation under the background of clinical medicine postgraduate degree training work,improve the quality of graduate training.
