The Construction Of Medical Equipment Management Capability Assessment System Based On The Maturity Model

Objective:The reserch constructs medical equipment management capability evaluation index system,and calculates the weight of each index in this study.Putting the ISO9001 2015 version as a template in this process,with the JCI international standard,ISO international standard and the Rating criteria for grade hospitals as reference.On this basis,evaluating the medical equipment management capability maturity through the CMM capability maturity theory and the ISO9001 quality management maturity model.Therefore,it can provide reference for hospital internal review and government and other third party evaluation.It also can help the hospital equipment management departments at all levels to identify the level of equipment management itself at present,and indicate directions of continuous improvement for the future.Methods:Establishing medical equipment management ability assessment index system based on a great deal of literature and current management measures of medical equipment.Conducting two rounds of Delphi to modify and improve the index system.Using the AHP to calculate the weight of each index scientifically.Evaluating maturity according to ISO9001 quality management maturity general model.Using Excel 2003,SPSS 13.0 software for data processing analysis.Results:1.The construction of medical equipment management ability evaluation index system.The index entries is modified and filtered through two rounds of expert consultation.The index system including 7 first level indicators: background and environment,leadership,core management processes and procedures,staff capacity,equipment file management,performance evaluation and improvement,the quality of safety culture.In addition,the index system including 25 second level indicators.2.The evaluation results of Delphi.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 1 and 0.96,and the enthusiasm of the experts was high.The degree of familiarity,the coefficient of judgment and the coefficient of authority were respectively 0.71,0.92,and 0.81.The coordination coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.234 and 0.245 respectively,and the coordination of expert opinion was better,the recognition rate was higher.3.The weight of the evaluation index system of medical equipment management ability.The evaluation index system of the weight score obtained by AHP,the level of index weights in the background and the environment(0.0585),leadership(0.2285),core management processes and procedures(0.2786),staff capacity(0.1630),equipment file management(0.0455),performance evaluation and improvement(0.1337),quality and safety culture(0.0922).4.The examination of the index of medical equipment management capability evaluation.The reliability and validity of test results showed that the total index system of split half reliability was 0.787,the Cronbach's coefficients is 0.879,the system of each level index and the total index of correlation coefficient between 0.627-0.819,the content of index system has good reliability and validity.5.The maturity evaluation of medical equipment management capability evaluation index system.Based on constructing the index system and its weight set,put forward the maturity evaluation of medical equipment management,the use of ISO9001 quality management China Quality Association released the maturity evaluation criterion of maturity evaluation model and general evaluation methods,combined with the specific data for case analysis.Use the maturity evaluation results can foster advanced models,the maturity evaluation of single index can know the sector in which aspects do better,which needs to be strengthened,the reasonable suggestions for improvement,towards excellence quality management.Conclusion:Constructed the evaluation index system of medical equipment management ability,and calculated the weight of indicators at all levels in this paper.The expert consultation results of the index system were reliable and valid,which can provide the reference for the evaluation of hospital medical equipment management ability.
