Objective:1.To understand the status quo of core competence and job training of community nurses in a city and the factors that affect the formation of core competencies of nurses;to understand the needs of community nurses for nursing knowledge and skills.2.Explore the CBE model to explore the training program of community nurses,and analyze the effect of job training on the core competence of community nurses according to the training results.And provide reference for the further improvement of the post training program for community nursing managers and the improvement of the core competence of community nurses.Methods:1.The situation: selection of nursing staff in community health service institutions conducted a questionnaire survey,the establishment of "Li Xia Qu" questionnaire survey of core competence of community nurses understand the status quo of the core competence of community nurses,the questionnaire including "general survey" and "the core competence of community nurses evaluation" and "self-made questionnaire" status and needs the training for community nurses understand the status of job training for community nurses,community nursing knowledge and skill requirements.The results of the survey were analyzed by SPSSl9.0 software package.Through correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis,the factors influencing the core competence of community nurses were obtained.2.intervention: under the premise of voluntary participation of community nurses,the nursing staff of community health service institutions were randomly selected from 40.3.Effect Evaluation: before and after the intervention,the core competencies of the community nurse core competency questionnaire were compared.Analysis of the effect of post training on the core competence of community nurses.Results:1.A total of 500 questionnaires were collected and 500 copies were collected.After the removal of 23 valid questionnaires,477 valid questionnaires were valid and 95.4% effective.(85.455 ± 8.896),indicating that the core competence of community nurses is low(refer to scoring criteria: total score <100 is weaker);working years,academic level,work income,clinical work experience(P <0.05).Among them,the training experience was the main factor to predict the core competence level.2.Nursing staff on the current assessment of the results of community training survey results show that: very good accounted for 10.7%,accounting for 19.6%,indicating that community nurses on the overall evaluation of job training is not high,the training is too short,the focus is not prominent,The survey results show that 97.9% of community nurses are willing to acquire new knowledge of community care service through job training.The nursing staff's willingness to train on the current community job is as follows: 97.9% of community nurses are willing to obtain new knowledge of community care service through job training,62.1% of community nurses expressed their willingness to improve their ability to serve their communities through job training.3.Through the post training curriculum implementation intervention on selected community nurses before intervention survey of core competence of community nurses score(84.415 + 8.896),intervention core competence score(116.386 +8.140),after the intervention than before the intervention of core competence is improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The core competence of community nurses is at a low level,and the willingness of community nurses to participate in job training is very strong,so there is a need to develop appropriate intervention strategies for their weak capacity.2.Through the training of community nurses post training courses can significantly improve the status of community nurses job training,and ultimately enhance the core competence of community nurses.
