Purpose : Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform,data mining work was carried out under the support of association rules and complex entropy clustering,to sort out the prescriptions of Professor Wang Xuefeng for the treatment of children's tic disorders(TD)collected from the outpatient department and carry out the related analysis on the drugs used,in order to explore the medication rules of Professor Wang Xuefeng for the treatment of children's TD,and extract the core prescriptions,to achieve the purpose of identifying potential drug combinations,and hopefully it can provide some new TCM clinical ideas for the clinical treatment of children's TD.Materialandmethod:The medical records of children with TD treated by Professor Wang Xuefeng in the outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 were collected and arranged,together with the typical medical records of children with TD treated by Professor Wang Xuefeng.According to the improvement of the main symptoms,the efficacy of the children returned after the initial diagnosis was assessed,and the effective ones could be included in this study.The corresponding Excel spreadsheet was established based on the sorted documents,and the unified standardized format was used for syndrome differentiation and Chinese medicine names.They were collectively recorded into TCMISS(V2.5)to establish a special medical record database of Professor Wang Xuefeng for the treatment of tic disorders.Statistical reports and data analysis modules of TCMISS(V2.5)were used.General data of children were counted,including gender ratio,age at onset,and analysis of four-qi,five-taste,meridian tropism,medication frequency and symptom frequency of Chinese medicinals.Association rules were used to analyze the relationship between drugs,the common drug combinations of Professor Wang Xuefeng were analyzed,and the core prescriptions related to the treatment of tic disorder were extracted and displayed on the network.The prescription was analyzed by complex entropy clustering to extract a new medication combination;According to the analysis of related symptoms,we studied the modified prescriptions of Professor Wang Xuefeng in the treatment of both syndrome and syndrome.Results:A total of 186 medical records were collected and processed,and 542 prescriptions involving 158 Chinese medicines were obtained.Cold and heat of the drugs in the four aspects are roughly offset,with small deviation,and mild effect.The sweet,bitter and pungent traditional Chinese medicines were the most used in the five medicines.In terms of meridian tropism of drugs,Chinese herbs that enter liver,spleen and lung meridians are most widely used.The association rule algorithm was used to analyze the prescription medication pattern and the confidence levels in the association of two drugs,the association of three drugs and the association of five drugs were obtained.The core prescription finally obtained was as follows: Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Rhizoma Acori Calami,Radix Polygalae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Poria,and Radix Curcumae.Five potential new prescriptions were extracted using complex entropy clustering.The drugs were modified according to the symptoms,with Semen Celosiae and Fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae added at the eye part.Flos Magnoliae and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong are adde at nose;Adde flos lonicerae and semen oroxyli into pharyngeal vocalization;Calcine concha ostreae,fructus tritici aestivi,and fructus schisandrae chinensis can be added in fructus khan duo;Edginess and irritability are adde with cortex albizziae and radix curcumae;Radix scrophulariae,radix rehmanniae,and radix ophiopogonis can be adde for treating constipation.1.Professor Wang Xuefeng believes that TD in children is mainly caused by liver and spleen,with spleen deficiency and prosperous liver as the core pathogenesis.2.Through the analysis of association rules,complex entropy clustering and other data mining methods,the core drug prescription of Professor Wang Xuefeng for the treatment of children's TD was obtained:Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis,Rhizoma Acori Calami,Radix et Rhizoma Polygalae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Poria,and Radix Curcumae.And that law of professor Wang Xuefeng's addition and subtraction of drug according to syndrome.3.Summarizing Professor Wang Xuefeng's clinical experience on soothing liver and invigorating spleen as the main therapeutic method from the drug law and the new prescription. |
