Exploring Professor Li Diangui’s Experience In The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective: With the aid of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system,Professor Li Diangui’s experience in the treatment of Chronic erosive gastritis was explored,and the experience of famous old Chinese medicine was inherited.Methods: From September 2017 to November 2019,we collected the effective cases of CEG patients treated in the outpatient department of Professor Li Diangui of Hebei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,recorded their general information and first diagnosis prescription into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,and explored Professor Li Diangui ’s experience in treating CEG.Result:1 Basic information: of the 304 patients collected,130 were male and 174 were female;the age concentrated distribution was between 51-60 years old;the main clinical symptoms were stomach pain,belching and epigastric fullness;Stomach pain can be divided into epigastralgia,burning epigastralgia,dull epigastralgia and acupuncture like epigastralgia.the most common tongue pulse were dark red tongue,yellow greasy fur and slippery pulse;the most common syndrome type was Turbid Toxin.2 Prescription analysis: 159 traditional Chinese medicines are involved in the prescription,most of which are cold and warm in four characters,and most of them are bitter and pungent in “five flavors”.Most of them are belongs to stomach and spleen.There are 32 kinds of drugs with a frequency of more than 100.According to the efficacy classification,the top three drugs are qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs,dampness-transforming drugs.Statistics the dosage points of common drugs,such as 12 g of Artemisiae scopariae herba,15 g of Coptis chinensis,15 g of Sculellaria barbata and 15 g of Oldenlandia diffusa.The network of 15 core drugs was obtained by association analysis(80% support,0.95 confidence).3 New formula analysis: 14 groups,3-6 core drug combinations were obtained by complex system entropy aggregation method(correlation degree 8,penalty degree 2).On this basis,7 new formulas were further obtained.Conclusion: Based on the results of this study,Professor Li Diangui believes that CEG is located in the spleen and stomach,the turbid toxin is contained,and the imbalance of Zhongjiao is the main pathogenesis of CEG.In the clinical syndrome,the syndrome of turbid toxin is more common.The treatment is to invigorate the spleen and remove turbid,clearing away heat and detoxification as the major method,emphasizing that invigorating the spleen is the first and clearing away heat is the key.clearing away heat and toxic with bitter and cold medicine,resolving turbidity with pungent and warm arimatic drugs;acrid opening and bitter downbearing,regulate qi flow;pay equal attention to cold and temperature,adjust the balance of yin and yang;invigorate and transport the spleen,resolve turbidity and harmonize the stomach;It uses insect medicine skillfully to fight poison with poison.In the treatment of CEG,Professor Li Diangui took turbid poison as the main pathogenesis,Considering spleen deficiency,liver depression,damp heat,blood stasis,Yin injury and other factors,in clinical,pay attention to dialectical treatment,the herbs was added and subtracted with symptoms.
