Objective: This research will function of children with cerebral palsy salivate oral training and combine with the games,the maximum to mobilize salivate with subjective initiative and the patient’s family rehabilitation atmosphere.To children at the same time complementary with traditional acupuncture and massage,rehabilitation means such as passive oral activities to salivate cerebral palsy rehabilitation treatment,in order to improve the effect of rehabilitation therapy,the children in the amusement complete oral training actively,increase the enthusiasm of the active participation of children,and then promote the development of children with comprehensive rehabilitation of body and mind.Methods: 1 the data in the study,choose from January 2016 to June 2016 to the center of diagnosis and treatment of 60 cases of cerebral palsy children salivate as the research object,60 cases of children with cerebral palsy diagnosis standard,and with varying degrees of salivate symptoms.Children salivate symptoms before treatment according to the teacher salivate classification(TDS,Teaching Drooling Scale)to grade evaluation.The 60 cases of children with cerebral palsy salivate is divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group adopt acupuncture point acupuncture,massage,mouth oral rehabilitation methods of functional training and observation group in the control group therapy on the basis of the game;Two groups salivate with gender,months of age,the degree of cerebral palsy salivate assess grading general data,such as there was no statistically significant difference,comparable.2.1the massage: massage methods include 1)head and facial point massage;2)body,torso related acupuncture point massage;3)the back artists ridge;1 times per day;2.2needle: commonly used acupuncture points: 1)the will,to warehouse,through buccal car,CV 23,kanazu;2)nectar,pulp,shimonoseki,foot three mile,too white,etc;once every two days.2.3oral training: methods including the patient’s lip,tongue,cheeks,mouth,jaw and other parts of the zhou active activities and passive activities;Mouth Zhou Bing stimulation,etc.;1 times each day,10 minutes;2.4game design: in game design,namely,according to different months children,different mood,emotion,cognition,communication is targeted to game design,children on the basis of the entertainment game training oral lip,tongue,cheeks,and the active function of training in areas such as the lower jaw.Game design flexible and varied in form,the design of training content,general purpose according to specific situation and training of children,the different months,the training purpose of different design different game content;This design institute games like the wind blowing,blowing his whistle,blow,blow in blowing feathers,table tennis,eat seaweed,eat lollipop game suitable for months more than 18 months,with a range of cognitive,communication,imitation of infants and young children;Into the study of children ages for 24 months~72 months,and have certain cognition,communication ability of children;Basis for weeks,coordinate the training objective for the design of the game content,can let the children,therapists,and families of children with the game team to come together to do blow out the candles,blowing wind,blowing his whistle,blow mouth organ,such as games,on the operating table for feather blowing,blowing pingpong game,the game through the above form training,strengthen the flexibility of children with mouth,lip and mouth,lips,tongue,throat and other parts of the coordination of movement and control of the air flow capacity;And children do together tongue eat seaweed,seaweed can be placed on the patient’s upper and lower,to the right or left corners of the mouth corners of the mouth,let children 2 treatment of rehabilitation ther apy mainly includes tongue licking the seaweed,thereby increasing the children children sucking force to moderate amount,in order to strengthen children oral,cheek,tongue and jaw activities coordination,will with the function of the mouth,lips,tongue should be applied to daily life game training;Therapist can also be based on the specific situation of the children,on the training purpose of different flexible design different training game,the game involved in training time and daily times according to different children also vary from person to person,once a day,five times a week organized by the therapist parents in rehabilitation therapy;Other time organized by parents of children in the home is completed,a month for a period of treatment,a total of six months,a total of six courses.Control group salivate children take acupuncture point acupuncture,massage,oral functional training such as rehabilitation therapy for treatment;Group of children in the above traditional meridian acupuncture,massage and function training based on rehabilitation therapy,targeted on the basis of cerebral palsy children with different months,different cognition and different temperament,and so on and so forth to design different oral game design.3 effect of decision criteria 3.1 teachers salivate grading change salivate classification method(the Teacher Drooling Scale,TDS)to salivate criteria: Ⅰlevel,don’t salivate;Ⅱlevel,small or occasionally salivate;level,flow from time to time;Ⅲ level,Ⅳoften flow,but not a line;level,flow into line,chest often wet.Ⅱ 3.2 clinical efficacy of consult teachers salivate grade improvement,judge the curative effect.(1)takes effect: relieve level 2 and above or recovered;(2)effective: salivation reduce 1 level;(3)invalid: no improvement before and after treatment.By 6 courses of treatment,observation group heal in 5 cases,the total effective rate was 90%.4 the results of the statistical methods using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software for data processing,the group of curative effect between level comparison using Wilcoxon rank and inspection,total effectiveness compared by chi-square test,the P value = 0.015,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.The results: Observation group salivate with teachers salivate classification: the changes of TDS class 0 cases before treatment,level 8 cases,Ⅰ ⅡⅢ level 6 cases,Ⅳlevel 9 cases,7 cases Ⅱlevel;TDS class Ⅰafter treatment in 5 cases,Ⅱlevel 9 cases,Ⅲlevel 9 cases,Ⅳlevel 5 cases,Ⅱlevel 2 cases;5 cases were cured,TDS reduce grade 2 or more than 13 cases,TDS reduce 1 9 cases,ineffective in 3 patients;18 cases were markedly improved(significant efficiency: the number of cases were markedly improved/group)total significant efficiency is 60.0%;9 cases effectiveness(efficiency: 30.0%),3 cases(without efficiency: 10.0%),the total effective rate(effective/total)of 90%.Control group salivate with teachers salivate classification: the changes of TDS class 0 cases before treatment,level 8 Ⅰ Ⅱcases,level 6 cases,level in 11 cases,5 cases level;Ⅲ Ⅳ Ⅱ TDS class 3 Ⅰcases after treatment,Ⅱlevel 6 cases,Ⅲlevel 9 cases,Ⅳlevel 9 cases,Ⅱ level 3 cases;Cured and 3 cases,TDS reduce grade 2 or more than 7 cases,TDS reduce 1 9 cases,11 cases,total effective rate was 63.3%.Cured in 3,TDS reduce 7 cases of grade 2 or above,TDS reduce 1 9 cases,ineffective in 11 cases;Show efficiency: the control group 10 cases were markedly improved(33.3%),9 cases(efficient: 30.0%),11 cases(without efficiency: 36.7%),the total effective rate 63.3%)Total effective rate between the two groups to compare differences,using the chi-square test(P = 0.015)P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion: For children with cerebral palsy with salivate,on the basis of traditional rehabilitation method depending on the patient’s condition,interest,such as design different game training content,in order to mobilize salivate with interest and initiative in the week of mouth function training is not only beneficial to the patient’s physical and mental development,but also increased the children’s ability to adapt to daily life.In short,the game combined with the traditional acupuncture,massage and function training treatment of infantile cerebral palsy salivate curative effect can be complementary advantages,curative effect is better.
