| Pur Pose:To explore the motor function,muscle tension and joint range of motion of spastic cerebral Palsy children with Shu and He acupoints massage treatment.The gross motor function rating scale,modified Ashworth spasm rating Scale,CFA-DC score and range of motion were used to evaluate the children before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy was also analyzed.To explore the recovery of gross motor function of lower extremities and the improvement of muscle tension,joint range of motion and muscle clonus in children with spastic cerebral Palsy.Material and method: A total of 90 children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Center for Children with Cerebral Palsy,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to October 2021 were selected.The children were randomly divided into the basic treatment group(30 cases),the conventional massage group(30 cases),and the Shu and He acupoints massage group(30 cases).Conventional rehabilitation therapy was the same in all three groups,using exercise therapy as in the basic treatment group.The conventional massage group adopted the traditional massage method,and the Shu and He acupoints massage group adopted the acupoint acupoint-wood suppression and soil supporting method combined with the massage reinforcing and reducing technique.Use before and after treatment of children with cerebral Palsy using gross motor function test scale(GMFM-88),modified Ashworth spasm rating scale,the improvement of joint mobility and comprehensive functional score were assessed for disabled children,children with cerebral palsy muscle tone gradation and spasm index change evaluation,will be the conclusion obtained using statistical software for analysis.Results: 1General data between the groups were compared before and after treatment.The gender,age and other general data of the three groups were compared before treatment,and there was no noteworthy distinction on the statistics(P>0.05),indicating that the three groups were comparable.2 Before and after treatment,each group was compared with the gross motor function test scale.There was no significant difference in the scores before treatment among the three groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,there was no noteworthy distinction in the scores of children in the three groups of A(In the supine and prone positions)and B(seat)(P>0.05).However,the regional scores of C,D and E(Kneel and climb,walk,run and jump)were all increased(P<0.05).It shows that the improvement in supine and prone position in the three groups is not obvious,but lose combined with acupuncture point massage group climb on my hands and knees,walk and run and jump score increased significantly,the three areas that lost together with the curative effect of acupuncture point massage combined with rehabilitation treatment group is superior to the basic rehabilitation therapy and traditional massage.The GMFM-88 total score of the three groups after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05).The difference between the basic treatment group and the conventional massage group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically prominent distinctions between the basic treatment group and the Shu and He acupoints massage group(P<0.01).There were statistically conspicuous distinctions between the conventional massage group and the Shu and He acupoints massage group(P<0.05).The total score of GMFM-88 in the Shu and He acupoints massage group was significantly higher than that in the basic treatment group and the conventional massage group.3The changes of joint range of motion before and after treatment were compared in each group.There was no significant difference in the range of motion before treatment among the three groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After 3 months of treatment,the range of motion of the three groups was prominently higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the distinctions among the groups were conspicuous in statistics(P<0.05).The improvement of joint range of motion in the Shu and He acupoints massage group was significantly better than that in the basic treatment group and the conventional massage group. 4 MAS scale was used for comparison before and after treatment.There was no significant difference in the scores of MAS scale among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After 3 months of treatment,compared with before treatment,the muscle tone of children in each group was decreased,and the MAS scale score was decreased(P<0.05).There were statistically conspicuous distinctions between the basic treatment group and the Shu and He acupoints massage group(P<0.05).There were statistically prominent distinctions between the conventional massage group and the Shu and He acupoints massage group(P<0.05).There was no remarkable distinction between the basic treatment group and the conventional massage group(P>0.05).The reduction of muscle tension was the most obvious in the Shu and He acupoints massage group,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.01).5CFA-DC score was used for com Parison before and after treatment.There was no arresting distinction in CFA-DC score between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating no statistical significance.After 3 months of treatment,the three groups of children were evaluated by CFA-DC score,and the score was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the distinction was statistically conspicuous.Among them,the score of Shu and He acupoints massage group increased the most significantly,indicating that the comprehensive function improvement of Shu and He acupoints massage group was better than the other two groups.The data of conventional massage group was second,and compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the distinction was statistically prominent;6 Overall efficacy evaluation.In terms of improving the comprehensive functional score of the three groups of children with spastic cerebral Palsy,according to the CFA-DC score results,the total effective rate of the basic treatment group was 70.00%,the total effective rate of the conventional massage group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the Shu and He acupoints massage group was 93.33%,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the Shu and He acupoints massage group was significantly better than that of the conventional massage group.The curative effect of routine massage group was better than that of basic treatment group.Conclusion: 1.Basic therapy,conventional massage,Shu and He acupoints massage,these three treatment methods can significantly improve the gross motor function of lower limbs of children who get spastic cerebral palsy.2.The efficacy of Shu and He acupoints massage and rehabilitation treatment is better than the recovery of lower limbs and the conventional massage treatment group in terms of reducing muscle tension,improving joint mobility and improving the comprehensive function score of disabled children with spastic cerebral palsy. |
