A Study On The Application Of Acupuncture And Massage In Children With Cerebral Palsy Based On Modern Literature Analysis

Objective: To use literature analysis methods of data mining to discover the application rules of acupuncture and massage therapy in children with cerebral palsy,so as to provide reference and reference for clinical treatment of cerebral palsy.Methods: Retrieved the clinical research literature of acupuncture and massage therapy for children with cerebral palsy officially published in the China Knowledge Network,Wanfang database,Weipu database and other databases before December 31,2018,and then screened the literature according to the corresponding standards.First,an Excel table is used to establish a document database,and the basic information and prescriptions of the documents that meet the standards are extracted and managed.Then,IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 software is used to perform frequency statistics and prescription cluster analysis on the specific methods,acupoints,meridians and other data in the literature.Use IBM SPSS Modeler 15.0 software to associate rules for acupoints.Finally,the statistical results are listed in the form of tables,histograms and pie charts,which intuitively reflect the characteristics of each data.Results:(1)Acupuncture:(1)Frequency statistics: The acupuncture method is mainly based on simple needle acupuncture,supplemented by moxibustion,acupoint embedding,water acupuncture and electroacupuncture.The acupuncture method is most common with the scalp needle combined with the body needle,and the scalp needle type is the most widely used with the Jiao’s scalp needle and the Jin San needle.The most frequently used acupoints are Baihui,Zusanli,Hegu,Quchi,Sanyinjiao and Sishencong.The meridians are Dumai,Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming,Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming,Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang,and Bladder Meridian of Foot Sun.(2)High frequency acupoint association rules: a total of 12 acupoint association groups with support ≥20% and confidence ≥80%,specifically: Zusanli-Quchi;Hegu-Quchi;Zusanli-Sanyinjiao;Hegu-Qu Chi,Zusanli;Zusanli—Quchi,Hegu;Zusanli—Yanglingquan;Quchi—waiguan;Zusanli — waiguan;Zusanli — ring jump;Zusanli — Sanyinjiao,Quchi;Zusanli—outer Guan,Quchi;Quchi-Yanglingquan,Zusanli.Among them,Hegu-Quchi and Zusanli-Quchi have the highest degree of support and examples of support.(3)High-frequency clustering analysis of acupoints: divide it into 6 categories,the first category is Baihui and Sishencong;the second category is Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Hegu;the third category is Jiexi,Shousanli,Quchi,Waiguan,Yangling Spring,Ring Jump;the fourth category of Dazhui,Mingmen,Shenshu,Taichong,Taixi,Xuanzhong;the fifth category of Lianquan,Dicang,Dumb Gate,Jiaji Point,Fengchi,Neiguan,Shenting;The sixth category is Futu,Guanguan,Shoulders,Chengshan,Xuehai,Venezuela,Kunlun.(2)Tuina:(1)Frequency statistics: Tuina therapy is based on traditional meridian acupoints,supplemented by children’s specific acupoints;acupoints are most commonly used in spine points,Baihui,Zusanli,Hegu,Shenshu,and Fengchi.The top three meridian frequencies are Foot Sun Bladder Meridian,Du Meridian,and Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian.The techniques used are mostly squeezing,swinging,and rubbing,while tapping,vibration,and motion joints are used less.The commonly used parts of massage are lower limbs,head and neck,waist and back.(2)High frequency acupoint association rules: support ≥15%,confidence ≥80% There are 4 high frequency acupoint association groups,namely Baihui—Fengchi,Baihui—Sishencong,Fengchi—Viazhong,Baihui,Shenshu-spleen.Baihui—Sishencong;Hegu—Chengshan,Quchi;Baihui—Fengchi,Quchi;Baihui—Fengchi and Weizhong have the highest confidence level,all at 100%.(3)High-frequency clustering analysis of acupoints: a total of five types of acupoint combinations were obtained: the first type of spleen,Ganshu,Shenshu,Kunlun,Mingmen;the second type of kidney meridian,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Dikang,cheek car,Yongquan;the third category: Baihui,Shishencong,Fengchi,Dumb Gate,Shousanli,Yintang,Dazhui,Sun;the fourth category: Hegu,Quchi,Yanglingquan,Jiexi,Weizhong,Chengshan,Huan Jump;the fifth category of spine points.Conclusions:(1)Simple acupuncture is the main method of acupuncture.The most common method of acupuncture is the combination of head acupuncture and body acupuncture.The massage method is mainly based on traditional meridian acupoint massage,supplemented by pediatric specific acupoint massage.And massage techniques are mostly used in squeezing,swinging,and friction techniques.(2)Acupuncture and massage therapy are most commonly used in clinical practice: Baihui,Zusanli,Hegu,Quchi,Sanyinjiao,Sishencong,spine points,Shenshu,etc.Acupuncture points for Xingnao Kaiqiao and other functions;often selects the Meridian Channel and Yang Meridian Points such as Du Meridian,Foot Sun Bladder Meridian,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian,Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian,Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian,etc.The use of meridians.(3)Acupuncture and massage are mainly based on local selection of acupoints,focusing on syndrome differentiation,according to different symptoms and acupoint selection.In the aspect of acupoint compatibility,we should pay attention to the method of matching points such as Benjing matching points,upper and lower matching points,far and near matching points,the same name Jing matching points,and superficial Jingjing matching points.
