Study On Effect Of Infantile Diarrhea Treated By Hand Specific Acupuncture Point Massage Combined With Massage Foot Reflection Zone

Objective Through hand special acupuncture point massage combined with a foot reflection zone massage treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of infantile diarrhea type pixu,Clear its curative effect in clinical treatment,Build technology for clinical practice,In order to better promotion.Methods Choose during 2015.10 2016.12,The third hospital affiliated to zhejiang university of Chinese medicine and Lake of hangzhou xixi street community health service Up to the standard of diagnosis and into,elimination of pixu type 60 cases in children with diarrhea.Randomly divided into 2 groups:①The experimental group(30 cases):Hand specific acupuncture point massage combined with massage foot reflection zone;②The control group(30 cases):Traditional infantile massage,Treatment of two procedures(a course of 5 days).Defecate frequency observation,stool form,such as abdominal distension,vomiting effect index,Respectively for a day before and during treatment of signs and symptoms were recorded.After the treatment of two groups before and after treatment in children with total score,the improvement of individual symptoms,antidiarrheal time comparison,comprehensive evaluation of two group total effective rate.Results 1.Treatment group clinical cases,9 cases cured,14 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,2 had no effect,the effective rate was 93.3%;Control group clinical cases.4 cases were cured,13 cases had marked effect,8 cases,5 no effect,the effective rate was 86.66%;The total effective rate in treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).2.In terms of time of diarrhoea,there are differences between the antidiarrheal time to compare the two groups after treatment,the treatment group the antidiarrheal time shorter than the control group(P<0.05)3.Two groups on improving stool properties and number,the treatment group was 93.33%and 90.00%efficient is significantly higher than the control group were 66.66%and 63.33%,with significant difference.In improving abdominal distension,vomiting,spirit,thirsty,diet,urinate,complexion and redness of the anus difference is not obvious.4.4.The treatment group in children with change defecate number is better than that in control group(P<0.05)Conclusion Hand specific acupuncture point massage combined with plantar reflex zones massage exact curative effect on treatment of infantile diarrhea type pixu,safe,easy to learn.In improving the patient’s symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal distension,vomiting curative effect significantly,especially in improving stool,traits,antidiarrheal time early,efficacy significantly than control group effect time,very suitable for further popularization and application.
