Intervention Study On Three Step Massage Method To Relieve Spasticity In Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy Fine Motor Hand Function

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observe clinical effect of the three step massage method to relieve spasticity combined with rehabilitation therapy for hand fine motor dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy, to explore a new method for the treatment of hand fine motor dysfunction in children with clinical treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. Methods60 cases of fine motor dysfunction in children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into study group(the massage of the three steps to ease the spasm + rehabilitation therapy group) and control group(rehabilitation group) with 30 cases in each. The two group was treated with rehabilitation therapy, with the three steps to ease the massage method to treat spasm of the research group on the basis. Metacarpophalangeal joint in two groups respectively before treatment and after 3 months the thumb adductor muscle tension test, the thumb joint range of motion(MP) [extension range of motion and interphalangeal joint(IP) extending scope of activities and], the grasping ability index score, visual motor integration index score, PDMS-2 fine motor developmental quotient score, after 3 months of treatment in accordance with the standard therapeutic effect of the two groups, the fine motor developmental quotient. Results(1) The two groups after treatment efficacy comparison of thumb relieve spasm, the total effective rate of study group was 90%, control group total effective rate was 73.33%, the difference was statistically significant in two groups of curative effect, clinical study group than in control group(p<0.05).(2) The control group after treatment, the study group before treatment and fine motor developmental quotient groups are improved after treatment, the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05), fine motor developmental quotient of the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05), fine motor quotient group than the treatment group.(3) The scope of joint activities in control group and the study group after treatment with before treatment compared to each other have expanded, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05), with statistical significance difference between the two groups after the treatment of thumb joint range of motion group and the group comparison, the scope of the study group(P<0.05), the thumb joint activity was higher than that in the control group.(4) Muscle tension and treatment after treatment the study group and the control group of adductor muscle of thumb in front of the thumb adductor muscle of two group were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05), after treatment with two groups of muscle tension classification groups compared significant difference(p<0.05), research group decreased significantly.(5) Before treatment score, score comparison of visual motor integration group and control group after treatment and the grip is obviously increased, the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05), the two groups after treatment of grasping and visual motor integration score between the two groups had significant difference(p<0.05), the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion(1) The fine motor function rehabilitation treatment methods and the three step method to relieve spasm of massage method combined with rehabilitation therapy for treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy of the obstacle is effective;(2) Three steps to ease the spasm of the massage method treatment of fine motor development of children with spastic cerebral palsy rehabilitation therapy effect is better than the treatment effect in the treatment of developmental disorders in children with spastic cerebral palsy withfine motor rehabilitation, can play its unique advantages, improve children’s fine motor function of cerebral palsy, rich hand fine motor dysfunction treatment;(3) The relationship between therapeutic effect and age treatment received is close, small age, treatment effect is good, emphasis on early discovery and early intervention.
