Resident standardization training refers to the systematic and standardized training for graduates of medical majors and above after receiving medical education.When the State just introduced the guidelines for the standardized training system for resident physicians,how to explore the standardized training management mechanism for resident physicians,establish and improve the training assessment system and assessment methods,strengthen training base construction,and establish management informationization to form a practical and feasible new management system,The comprehensive and standardized development of standardized training for resident physicians has become the focus of attention in the medical community.This article takes the resident doctors’ standardization training quality improvement as the research direction,selects sy hospital as the specific research object,and sorts out the resident hospital training status in sy hospital on the basis of combing domestic and international researches on the resident physicians’ standardization training.Find out the current problems.Then the article selected training systems for resident residents in developed countries such as the United States,Britain,and Canada,and organized them,and summarized the constituent elements of the standardized training system for residents of developed countries.On this basis,the article puts forward specific measures for improving the quality of standardized training for resident residents in sy hospitals in three aspects: problem solving,learning experience,and means of protection.
