Resident standardized training refers to a series of normative trainings carried out by students who complete medical professional studies to a specific training base to carry out practical activities to improve the practical ability of clinical medicine.Resident standardized training is a necessary way to improve the professional level and professional quality of residents,and it is also a necessary way for medical students to change to clinicians.Medical graduates,resident standardization training can become a qualified doctor,improve the level of clinical medicine,is the medical theory knowledge and practice of the combination of very good method,also is an integral part of medical education,through the gauge,medical graduates can from pure medical students into a professional doctor,your career quality,gage culture is all the medical students to become a qualified doctor needs through the training process.Therefore,it can be said that the standardized training of residents is very important for both medical services and medical students themselves.However,because China started late in this respect,the relevant theoretical system is still not perfect.There are still many problems in the standardized training of resident doctors in China.These problems have largely hindered the development of China's medical service industry.Therefore,this paper selects five Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in Anhui province as the research object,and studies the status of medical student training and the satisfaction of medical life training in the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in the province.From the satisfaction survey,the resident of the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in the province was found.What problems eAnhuiist in standardized training,and finally put forward corresponding solutions,hoping to play a role in inspiring the jade to improve the regulation system of the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in the province.This paper starts with the relevant background,briefly eAnhuipounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of resident standardized training,and then based on the theory of eAnhuipectation and the theory of public goods and services,the case of the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in Anhui province,through the questionnaire survey The satisfaction degree of the resident doctors was investigated.Then the problems of the resident doctors in the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss of Anhui province were analyzed through the satisfaction survey results.Finally,the problems of resolving the residents in the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in Anhui province were discussed.The countermeasures and suggestions,in order to play a role in attracting jade,provide some help and reference for the optimization of the resident physicians' training system in China,and contribute to the improvement of the medical level of the resident doctors and the development of the medical service industry in China.The study found that residents in the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in Anhui province were dissatisfied with the five aspects of income,incentives,eAnhuiamination programs,clinical research training,and tutoring ability during the standardized training.Further analysis and inferred that the standardized training of resident doctors in the Grade-A Tertiary Hospitalss in Anhui province has “incomplete management organization and imperfect management system;insufficient training and awareness,low enthusiasm for participants;low salary and compensation,lack of incentive mechanism for students;imperfect training content,The training model needs to be improved;the training system is not perfect,and the teaching ability needs to be improved.” This paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations as follows: First,improve management organization and improve management system;second,strengthen training awareness and train Mobilization;Third,improve remuneration packages and improve incentive systems;Fourth,improve training content and improve training models;Fifth,improve training systems and improve teaching capabilities.
