Due to the factors both from history and reality,the impact of domestic human resources planning in hospital has more or less problems to be solved.As a talent and capital-intensive service organization,hospital has to enhance the competitiveness.Among all the competitive factors,talent is the key factor,Nevertheless,human resources planning and management is the basic and important work.The purpose of this study is to have a perspective study on human resources planning and management in planning-establish-stage of Cancer Hospital in Shenzhen,the whole study is based on the combination of domestic and international human resources management experience,referred to the state of the three top class hospitals in Shenzhen.So as to provide information and human resources planning experience for China’s new hospital.Research program includes:1.By analyze the status of human resources management both in China and the advanced countries of the world,compare the status and disadvantages of human resources management in China as a whole and that in Shenzhen,so that to provide a scientific basis for the being established Shenzhen Cancer Hospital to arrange and manage human resources.2.Considering the specific status of Cancer Hospital,estimate Cancer Hospital’s future demand for human resources,and by adjusting the related parameters,predict future Cancer Hospital’s total number of all categories of personnel.3.Making up Cancer Hospital’s department and management framework,estimate the total positions and the responsibilities of the hospital,personnel training and management planning.Results:1.After constructed,the total number of staff of Cancer Hospital is 1,587 persons,professional medical workers occupies 92.12 percent of all.2.With the studied materials,Cancer Hospital’s human resources’ planning,training,development,motivation,evaluation system,may be more detail and practical,so that the adequate human resources and support can be provided to achieve Cancer Hospital’s overall strategy.The purpose of this study is to provide basis for Cancer Hospital to create human resources plan,design suitable program for Cancer Hospital’s human resources arrangement and management,and also provide reference in human resources allocation for the planning of new modern hospital in China. |
