Compound Ointment For Treating Chronic Intractable Eczemaa Randomized Controlled Clinical Study On Regulation Of "Damp Stagnation Skin" State

Objective:Effect of compound Coptis ointment in the treatment of eczema and treatment mechanism,clear the clinical efficacy and safety;therapeutic effect of compound Coptis cream on eczema from Chinese medicine research perspective,Methods:A randomized,parallel,bilateral symmetrical rash was paired with placebo.To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of topical compound Coptis ointment in the treatment of "Damp Stagnation skin" type of chronic eczema.Results:To observe the effect of compound Coptis ointment "to improve skin eczema damp stagnation syndrome,the treatment group the total efficiency of 90.77%,the total efficiency of 56.92%is better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of pruritus,area and rash were significantly improved,and the skin barrier function of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.With the comparison of efficiency between the two groups,indicating the compound Coptis cream treating "Damp Stagnation skin"syndrome of chronic eczema clinical curative effect,and 65 patients without medication adverse reactions after,the safety of compound Coptis ointment.Conclusion:Compound Coptis ointment in the treatament of "damp stagnation type skin eczema has good curative effect.
