Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Children With Variant Asthma With Phlegm Turbidity Obstructing The Lung By The Combination Of "Zhi Min Ping Chuan Decoction" And Acupoint Sticking Therapy

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the treatment of children asthma with phlegm turbidity obstructing the lung and the clinical effect of the treatment of the children with allergic asthma.Methods:Group:a total of 90 children with asthma were randomly divided into three groups:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application group,acupoint application group and Western medicine group,with each group having a total of 30 cases(n = three).Treatment methods:sticking group adopts sensitive Pingchuan decoction sticking therapy combined with acupoint Chinese medicine combined with acupoint,that the acupoint paste(white mustard,asarum Euphorbia etc.)onto the blank acupoint(size:5cm x 5cm,inner diameter 1.5cm),ointment filled inner ring,deposited in the children of the selected points.In accordance with tolerance,to skin flushing,each posted 2-4 hours,once every other day;at the same time with the oral check sensitive Pingchuan soup,a day,morning and evening service points;acupoint application group were treated with Acupoint Plaster(Bai Jiezi,asarum,Gansui etc.)onto the blank point stick(specifications:5cm*5cm,inner diameter 1.5cm),fill the ointment deposited in the inner ring,with the selected points.In accordance with tolerance,to skin flushing,each posted 2-4 hours,every other day for treatment;the western medicine group with oral administration of Procaterol Hydrochloride Tablets(Meptin)25 g/time,two times a day for the treatment groups were treated for 28 days.(3)Observation index:three groups before and after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy.(4)statistical methods:statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 19 software.Results:(1)to compare the clinical efficacy of clinical patients group:5 cases were cured,the cure rate was 17.2%,total effective 27 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.1%;sticking group 0 cases were cured,the total effective 21 cases,invalid 7 cases,the total effective rate was 75%;0 cases were cured in clinical medicine group.The total effective 23 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total effective rate was 79.3%;the statistical analysis showed that the clinical curative effect of plaster group was significantly better than that of plaster group and Western medicine group(P<0.05).(2)PEF:comparison of three groups before and after treatment,PEF was significantly increased in patients group after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05),sticking group and Western medicine group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(3)blood IgE:comparison of the three groups after treatment were blood IgE decreased obviously.With statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,blood IgE patients group decreased more significantly,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)TCM Syndrome Scale score:patients group after treatment of TCM syndrome scores were significantly decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05),sticking group and Western medicine group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)EOS:comparison of three groups after treatment EOS decreased significantly,were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,patients group EOS decreased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of children with variant asthma with phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type by Zhiminpingchuan decoction combined with acupoint application.The application of "Zhiminpingchuan Decoction" combined with acupoint sticking therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the scale of TCM syndrome.
