Study On The Chinese Patent Medicine For Children With Asthma(Acute Attack Stage)Based And Meta Analysis Of Modern Literature

Objectives:1 Screening clinical common prescription by analysing the law of prescription drug treatment of asthma in children in clinical literature.2 To analyse and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicine by using Meta method.3 Formulated Traditional Chinese medicine treatment program for children with asthma through clinical observation.Methods:1 Literature evaluation:Set search item and summarized the frequency of drug use in children asthma by using Traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform.Analysing the law of medication and screening of effective drugs and prescriptions for the treatment of acute exacerbation of asthma in children.2 Evaluated the effectiveness and safety of the commonly used prescriptions according to the evaluation method of Meta system.3 Clinical research:Formulated questionnaire,divided 160 cases randomly into treatment group and control group,observe and record the main clinical symptoms,score of sign and datum of laboratory test results relevantly,then analyse the data by statistical treatment.Results:1 Literature review and Meta study showed that:the most common prescription for the treatment of asthma are minor decoction of green gragon,belamcanda and ephedra decoction,Dingchuan decoction,add and subtract of Maxing Shigan Decoction,major green dragon decoction and compositions above those prescriptions.Proved by Meta analysis showed that minor decoction of green gragon is effective in treating cold asthma group,Dingchuan decoction is effective in treating hot asthma group.Coldheat complex group was not analysed because of lack of research data.2 Clinical research:①There were more boys than girls in the group of cases.The age of onset was 3 to 6 years.Some of the children had a history of eczema,history of pulmonary inflammation or allergic disease,drug or food allergy history,etc.Respiratory tract infection,cold air and seasonal transformation were the most common predisposing factors.②The total effective rate was 90%and the control rate was above 60%in each group.Symptoms,signs,lung function and other aspects of each group were significantly improved than before treatment,P<0.05.1n the aspects of allaying cough,cough up phlegm and ameliorating symptoms of tongue and pulse,Chinese patent drug was more effective than western medicine.③There was a correlation between the type of asthma and pathogens.The main virus in cold asthma group were RS virus and parainfluenza virus 1.The main virus in hot asthma group were influenza virus A and adenovirus.The main virus in coldheat complex group were influenza virus A and RS virus,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and the results had no statistical significance.P>0.05.Conclusion:1 Minor decoction of green gragon,Qing Ke Pingchuan Granule and Xiaoer Qingfei pill had good curative effect,no obvious side effects and good compliance in mild or moderat acute stage of asthma in children.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment program for children with asthma(acute exacerbation)is worthy of clinical use.2 History of eczema,history of pulmonary inflammation or allergic disease,drug or food allergy are the risk factors for asthma.Respiratory infection,cold air,seasonal conversion is the main incentive;TCM syndrome type and pathogen infection has a certain correlation,provided scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of asthma in children.
