Clinical Study Of Acupoint Application Combined With Montelukast In The Treatment Of Children With CVA

Object:Through the clinical study of Acupoint Application combined with montelukast sodium in children with cough variant asthma(CVA),For the application of acupoint application therapy for children with CVA clinical trials to provide the basis for the promotion of acupoint application of children with CVA in the clinical application.Method:A total of 66 children with CVA were enrolled in the study.Using random number table method,66 subjects were divided into 32 cases of drug application group and 34 cases of control group.The control group was given oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets 5mg,once a night for 30 days.Apply the group to apply Chinese medicine applied RN22,Ex-B,BL13,BL20,other acupoints and with oral montelukast sodium treatment,acupoints applied twice a week,a total of 8 times.Before and after treatment,the scores of cough symptom,attendance score and Leszette cough quality of life questionnaire were observed before and after treatment.The short-term curative effect of the two regimens was evaluated.At the end of 3months of follow-up,the number of CVA relapse visits was observed to assess the long-term efficacy of the two regimens.Result:1.A total of 62 children with CVA were included in the statistical analysis.2.Two groups of subjects with consistent baseline indicators,comparable.3.The results of cough symptom score showed that the scores of daytime and nighttime cough symptoms in CVA patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the cough score between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).4.The results of the scoring: "pharyngeal itching","expectoration","chest tightness and shortness of breath" three groups within the comparison,after treatment than before treatment were significantly decreased,with statistical significance.(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).5.Leicester Cough Questionnaire Score results :There were significant differences between the two groups in physiology,psychology,social average score and total group,and there was significant difference(P <0.05)after treatment.The difference of physiological,psychological and social scores before and after treatment was more than 1.3 points,but the difference of physiological,psychological and social scores before and after treatment was less than 1.3 points,which was not clinically significant.After treatment,the scores were different(P <0.05),and the application group was better than the control group.6.Short-term efficacy evaluation results:The total effective rate was 93.3%,90.6%higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was comparable(P <0.05).7.Long-term efficacy evaluation results:The average number of CVA recurrence in the two groups was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: The combination of acupoint application combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma is effective in improving the daytime cough,expectoration,physiology,psychology and society of patients with montelukast alone,but in reducing nighttime cough,Chest tightness and anxious aspects of the two similar efficacy.Long-term efficacy,acupoint application combined with montelukast sodium alone than montelukast sodium can reduce the number of CVA recurrence.
