Study On The Practical Guidelines For Preventive Treatment Of Disease In Traditional Chinese Medicine:Acupoint Application In Treatment Of Children With Asthma

Objective:To develop the practical guidelines about acupoint application in treatment of children with asthma for preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The research combining literature research,three expert questionnaire(Delphi),expert argumentation,peer comments,clinical evaluation(clinical consistency evaluation,methodological quality evaluation)and expert guidance group auditing to develop the practical guidelines about acupoint application in treatment of children with asthma for preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Literature research:To follow the principle of evidence-based medicine,with the network retrieval and manual retrieval to query related literature,according to the requirements of quality evaluation of literature inclusion and exclusion of relevant literature,the qualified literature can become the guide evidence can also be based on the literature research results to form recommendations by expert consensus method,turning into the Literature research summary of the practical guidelines about acupoint application in treatment of children with asthma for preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.The expert questionnaire(Delphi):Based on the summary of literature research,the first round of expert questionnaire was designed by the project working group,and sending by e-mail to the 40 experts selected,according to the expert questionnaire feedback score were analyzed to form the next round of the questionnaire,sending back again second to the expert who positive complex the survey.After statistical analysis,the project working group form the first draft of the practical guidelines about acupoint application in treatment of children with asthma for preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Expert argumentation:The problems existing in the first draft guidelines need experts to discuss by face-to-face,the project working group invited 12 expert Including Chinese pediatrician,Pediatrician with combination of TCM and Western Medicine and literature researcher to participate in the expert meetings,solutions to related problems by the experts are reaching an agreement,the project working group form the draft for comment of the practical guidelines about acupoint application in treatment of children with asthma for preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Peer comments:In order to make the guidelines more perfect,the project working group send the draft for comment of guidelines and comments processing table to experts in standardization related units asking for advice,after analyzing and modifying by the project team,the draft for comment of the practical guidelines become the evaluation draft.Clinical evaluation(Methodological quality evaluation,Clinical consistency evaluation):Methodological quality evaluation means that the project working group invite 4 experts including Chinese pediatrician,literature researcher and other professional experts to evaluate the quality of the evaluation guidelines draft by the application of AGREEII;clinical consistency evaluation means that the project working group was helped by the expert guidance group select 9 medical institutions in different regions to evaluate the consistency of the guidelines draft and the clinical practice,after analyzing and modifying by the project team,the guidelines draft become the auditing draft.Expert guidance group auditing:The project working group submits the auditing guidelines draft to audit by expert guidance group,and the expert guidance group proposed the amendments,after analyzing and modifying by the project team,the guidelines draft become the submitting draft.Results:The project working group combine the literature research,expert questionnaire(Delphi),expert argumentation,peer comments,Clinical evaluation(methodological quality evaluation,clinical consistency evaluation)and expert guidance group auditing combining working out the practical guidelines about acupoint application in treatment of children with asthma for preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine with feature of convenient application and scientific norms.The practical guidelines are currently under consideration,and will be promulgated by State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine As a group standard.
