Research For The Standard-Setting Of "Practical Guidelines For Preventive Treatment Of Disease In Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevent Disease For Recurnent Respiratory Tract Infections In Children Prevented By Sachet Therapy" Based On Delphi Method

Objective:According to the principle of evidence-based medicine,on the basis of literature research make the first draft of “Practical Guidelines for Preventive Treatment of Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet Therapy” by Delphi method and the expert demonstration.Methods:The first round questionnaire were designed based on the literature research and were sent to 35 experts who were selected from a nationwide according to the expert selection principle of Delphi method by e-mail.Recovery after the first round of the questionnaire and the results were statistical analysis combined with expert opinion written to form second round questionnaire,and sent back to the experts of the first round of reply questionnaire and new experts.The results of statistical analysis of questionnaires,combined with expert opinion written form the third round questionnaires.The third round questionnaires were sent to those experts of the second round of reply questionnaires and new experts.After the questionnaires would be three rounds of expert questionnaire results summary and form a draft of “Practical Guidelines for Preventive Treatment of Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet Therapy”.Experts would convene for the demonstration of the draft and further discussion on the main problems,summary of expert opinion to form the first draft of “Practical Guidelines for Preventive Treatment of Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet Therapy”.Results :On the basis of literature research conducted a total of three rounds of expert questionnaire.The first two rounds of the statistical analysis and three expert written opinions summary form a draft of “Practical Guidelines for Preventive Treatment of Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet Therapy”.Then the experts would be held on the draft of the technical experts,after full argument of the affirmative,and for some specific content of the proposed amendments,draw expert opinion form the first draft of “Practical Guidelines for Preventive Treatment of Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet Therapy”.Conclusion: The Delphi method and the expert demonstration were applicated to form the first draft of “Practical Guidelines for Preventive Treatment of Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevent Disease for Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children Prevented by Sachet Therapy” on the basis of literature research.Lay a foundation for further research of the standard.
